Anyone using Lethal 18 here? Can give comment to it? http://www.badmintonbay.com/product_info.php?cPath=28_42_44&products_id=256 Just bought this as my 1st racquet, dont know how to judge it as no much experience on other racquet. Try to find review from the internet, but seems no one having it and giving comments
Thanks, I thought it is UK brand! so now it was purchased by Malaysian, if so another good products from MY.
I guess most of the rackets are manufactured in China and later distributed in several places. It is like shoe business. Some of them are good others are not, depends on the quality control by brands and how much we pay.
Visible Hollow 2020 for $99, Tantrum 300 for $110 outside Malaysia and without the string. What is going on? All of them are overpriced. Who is going to buy these rackets over here. I am sure people who want good rackets will spend $50-$100 more and get them from local Yonex / Wilson dealers.
Guys, I noticed that all Apacs racket has 1 more shared grommet (nearer to T) and thus seen them stringed with more horizontal strings as compared to Yonex standard. Yonex has 21 lines of horizontal cross string while Apacs seems to cater for 22 cross (starting from hole b8) For yonex, it does not have that shared grommet hence you know you are not supposed to string the 22nd cross but Apacs is otherwise. How do you string yours? Do you use 22 cross strings on your Apacs or use Yonex's 21 crosses on your Apacs rackets? Reference from Yonex: http://www.yonex.com/img/racquet_l/b-4.png TQ
Hi, I'm a new forumer in BC and a new Apacs user. I just bought Tantrum 200 and played with it last night.. and I really love this racket!! I always play doubles and I like to play in offensive style. After reading some review, I plan to buy another Apacs racket which is from visible hollow series. Now I am thinking of getting either VH 1800 or VH 2000. Which racket is better, in term of control and handling? Which one is better in both offensive & defensive. I'm asking this because I've seen some seller selling both rackets at the same price, and some of them sell VH 1800 more expensive than VH 2000 (even though VH 2000 is the latest model). Thank you in advance for your reply
Forget about getting the rest the T200 that you are wielding now is the best of the best... dont waste your money on other get another T200..i have got 3 of the personally..
I play with T200 and VH1700. The VH fits me better because it absorbs shock better. To some extent the frame of VH1700 similar to VH2000; it is more aerodynamic so easy to use. I get same power and stability from both of them. I am getting the new VH1800. I thinking it will slightly add more power & stability because of its box shaped frame.
Owh.. really? I'm glad that I've made a good choice in buying my first Apacs.. I agree with you, T200 is an above average racket. Even I can say it is on par with high end rackets from other famous brands. So, I have to consider to go back to the shop and get my 2nd T200.. Thank you for your reply! Thank you for your reply. I'm sure that you have plenty experience with VH series. So can we say that VH 1800 is better than VH 2000?
Hi, need you help and comment. I interest in Stern 78, 85 and Lethal 8,9 racket that is suitable for offensive double basis. Just curious if you can share your comments about four above series. What is the different between Stern and Lethal since it doens't mention very clear on website. Which one are best amongs these fours. Thanks for all input.
Why dont u try Apacs World 1st Adjustable BP Racket... Lurid Power 21, 22 & 23? can anyone here give the review?
lethal 9 is garbage. I don't even need to give it a reason of why not to purchase it. But in case u are wondering... vibration issues.
Lethal 7,9 and 11 are bad. I think Lethal 8 is also bad. Lethal 6 is same like Nano 9900 Power. Stern 85 will be best, but I would go for Stern 100 (they are in the same price range)
Yes yes... I hear you. In our stores here, the visible hollows are very expensive. Same price as yonex mid ends models. Also more expensive than a tantrum 200. Was hoping to find something more affordable.
