I don't think they take in trainees from the general population.
You have to be 'spotted' and selected by the academy's coaches.
The selection venues are India's national level tournaments.

Padukone's academy is designed as an advanced training centre.
Obviously, this means no beginners are eligible for admission.

Getting trained under coaches elsewhere and then playing competitively in the state and national circuits would be the best way to get noticed and selected.

I might be wrong on this but, from what I know, the trainees do not pay anything.
The training is funded entirely by government grants, scholarships and corporate sponsorships (from the TATA Group).

    The academy's website is http://www.ppba.in.
You could mail them asking for more information.
    Write to info@ppba.in or prakashpadukoneacademy@gmail.com

I believe Uday Pawar coaches somewhere in Mumbai West. I believe he used to run a centre at the Andheri Sports Complex, but I read somewhere (in an interview, I think) that he now trains at the Goregoan Sports Club in Goregaon West.

Sorry, I really have no idea.

I assume you're already of a certain level to be thinking of enrolling in one of these academies. If you are, why don't you try obtaining some more information from your state badminton association?

    http://www.badmintonindia.org/organization/affiliated-organization/

If I were you I would also check or inquire about some clubs or coaching facilities in Lucknow.

PGBA does not have any capacity for the next three years. There are no fresh intakes.I would suggest you train under somebody closer to your location.I would suggest that you get in touch with the Padukone Shuttlers Academy http://www.padukoneshuttlersacademy.com/ at Mumbai if not Uday Pawar's academy
