i have already seen a doctor and chiropractor. but my ribs from same side have been dislocated and i cannot think of a reason. these injuries happened like when im currently playing badminton competitive but i also ride my longboard which i fall sometimes. so what i want to know is it possible to have my ribs dislocated by playing badminton and how i can prevent this.
once my right lower rib felt dislocated(most likely due to badminton). I could feel it move back and forth when i took certain positions. it took some time but it recovered by itself...i just kept the rib at position A and soon it became impossible to move to position B again.
oh really well i never felt it move but when i slide my finger down my rib cage i can feel like 2 out of the usual order. its like straight straight bump bump straight
Go again. its important to look at these things. while there are doctors on the forum, online help doesn't replace a doctor or a specialist. Dislocating ribs seems very hard. maybe a fall could do it. you seem to have some of those.
It is possible that badminton may cause your ribs to dislocate. I ever dislocate my ribs due to golf and that was because I was going to the driving range to hit around 300 balls for 4 days in a row ! As I was still a beginner, alot of time, my golf club hit the ground which causes huge vibration and shock. Since you have looked for a chiro, I assume that you are on your road to recovery.
