Just like everybody else.....I used to be angry at them when they lose to seemingly less superior teams when you know they should be able to win it.. easy.. but now i realized that they are just as bewildered as everybody else at their apparent hopeless dive of death to oblivion....

the statements by the mixed doubles chan peng soon and goh liu ying seems to confirm my suspicions.. they are not losing on purpose or being arrogant or anything..... they just seem to have lost it. but are working hard to find their way back

now i am more appreciative of their efforts and less critical of their loses.. and clings on to a hair thin hope that they will have reached their bottom by now...

Yeah, I can somehow sympathize with what KKK/TBH went through on that night and even TBH admitted that he was very nervous playing in front of the homes fans after their 1st round victory. But they obviously do not have what it takes to win, the record in rubber games shows it. If they were really training very hard, the fruits will bear soon.

    WE SHALL SEE.

Your "we shall see" has two meaning ...

On the way down and going to come up

    OR

On the way down and never come up.

    Which one? :D

As I said before many time..KKK has to give up his bad behaviors..stop partying...just read the article by Rajes Paul...she mentioned that KKK and TBH should give up some GOOD LIFE....I know the story why they sacked Rexy..it is all politics by Pang Cheh Chang and Tan Kim Her...now added one KOREAN..is that silver better than Gold medalist? at least WD and XD of MAS has improved....now Rexy is laughing at them...even BAM felt guilty!!

    gambling habits????????? ;)

IF speculation over his future wasn't bad enough, doubles specialist Tan Boon Heong found himself RM20,000 poorer upon returning from the festive holidays.
Boon Heong found his room at the Rakan Muda Complex in Bukit Kiara broken into and the cash missing.

He was not the only victim though as another doubles player, Lim Khim Wah, lost RM5,000.

Yup, the 2 morons PangCC/TanKH have certainly messed up a great coaching set-up when Rexy was in charge. Guess they were looking for Olympic glory and figured by getting rid of Rexy they could take over. Only, haha to have no credible pairs to challenge the top pairs and they seem very quiet these days hahaha.
Rexy on the other hand is proving again why he is the master. In a short time he has improved the WD and MXD. Wonder if the 2 clowns would be looking to take over this as well!! God Forbid.

Vivian/WKW have already been good even before Rexy took over. But that's not the point, the point is that nothing the coaches will do will change KKK/TBH, but it's not because the coaches are crap. It's because KKK/TBH's lifestyle is crap.

[h=1]Joo-bong has the answer to Koo and Tan’s troubles[/h][h=2][/h]

SOUTH Korean doubles legend Park Joo-bong feels there is still hope for the troubled Koo Kien Keat-Tan Boon Heong combination.
The Malaysian pair have been on a downward spiral in recent years and look like decidedly rank outsiders for a medal at the London Olympics in July.
In the Malaysia Open, Kien Keat-Boon Heong, who have developed a phobia of sorts against Korean opponents, were beaten 21-16, 18-21, 21-16 by the No. 4 Korean pair of Kim Ki-jung-Kim Sa-rang.
They have also fared poorly against Lee Yong-dae-Jung Jae-sung, Ko Sung-hyun-Yoo Yeon-seong and Shin Baek-cheol-Cho Gun-woo over the past year.
According to the 47-year-old Joo-bong, who formed a formidable partnership with Kim Moon-soo, Kien Keat-Boon Heong are physically not up to the challenge.
[IMG]Solid display: South Korea’s Cho Gun-woo (front) and Shin Baek-cheol in action during their men’s doubles semi-final against China’s Chai Biao-Guo Zhendong Saturday. The Koreans won 26-24, 23-21.
“Their game has deteriorated because they are not physically as strong as the Koreans and Chinese. They also lack speed.
“The only way is to push harder in training to get those aspects of their game back,” said Joo-bong, who is now the Japan national coach.
“I see some changes now. They are attacking more but the Koreans have a solid defence so the Malaysian pair can’t kill the shuttle. Their good attacking play must be supported by superior physical condition and concentration,” said Joo-bong, who coached in Malaysia for five years. He said Kien Keat-Boon Heong had been on par with world champions Cai Yun-Fu Haifeng of China, Lee Yong-dae-Jung Jae-sung and Markis Kido-Hendra Setiawan but the Malaysians and Indonesians have fallen behind.
“Cai Yun-Haifeng and Yong-dae-Jae-sung are now the favourites for the Olympic gold medal,” he said.
“The only way for Kien Keat-Boon Heong to stage a comeback is to make some serious changes to their training methods.”
