Absolutely BS. All of the taufik versions so far have plain old regular cone codes and shaft serials ...

---->8---- cut here (include this line) ---->8---- racket model: Yonex Carbonex 21 SP shaft serial: 0379816480 cone code : 29088 (can't see the rest of the number as the distributor's sticker cover it) source : A shop from Pertama Complex, KL, Malaysia price : RM 310 ---->8---- cut here (include this line) ---->8---- Hi guys it would be highly appreciated if any one could verify genuineness of this racket for me. Furthermore, I would like to know whether is there any Carbonex 8 Limited version was around in the market about 5-10 years back. I have one of this racket (with green colour shaft, and its been wrote that designed by Yonex.Ptd.Ltd, Japan). But it does not have shaft serial, only have cone code. Could anyone verify whether this is genuine Yonex racket as well. Thanks alot brothers....
Based on their numbers these would all be just fine . And next time also provide the actual username which in this case I suspect would be something like tomcat730 (don't remember the exact name) ...
That is the shaft serial?!? Sure it's not the sticker number or something? If that is the shaft serial then 100% fake, because should only be 7 numbers. I don't remember seeing anything about "Limited edition Cab8" either ...
Yes, you are correct, the username is tomcat 730, I figured since everyone else just caled them a BC user, I would do the same.
Haha yes you are right, I noticed I didn't extract that info the last couple of times. I guess it's not so relevant in this section since the deal hasn't been sealed yet at this point (or perhaps that makes it especially relevant since in case of fakes you might not be the only one interested at the time) ...
I tried to look up some more info and there has been mention of a Cab 8 Limited but only two times. I would have expected a lot more for such a famous racket. Best is to post pictures since you already own it. Better start a new thread outside of buying enquirie thread .
Hi i got racket yonex nano 9900 from my friend please could you tell me is that fake or orginal ---->8---- cut here (include this line) ---->8---- racket model: Yonex nano speed 9900 shaft serial: 7513715 cone code : 251092CH source : from friend as a gift price : don't know ---->8---- cut here (include this line) ---->8---- thanks
@rajbiraj: sorry mate, fake racket and if you already own it, you should post in another thread, not in here (this is not a warning, just a reminder ) http://www.badmintoncentral.com/for...No-eBay-Enquiries)-Read-Post-1-First!/page736
from my original post: http://www.badmintoncentral.com/for...ost-1-First!&p=1607589&viewfull=1#post1607589 we know it from your shaft serial and cone code shaft serial: 7513715 cone code : 251092CH shaft serial is one of a kind serial number for each yonex racket that made in Japan (Yonex made in Taiwan has different way to number their racket) that serial number shows you this is racket number XXX that yonex produce cone code is the date when they make the racket (and for which area this racket for): it is based on DDMMYX(and 2 letter code area) D: day M: month Y: year 251092CH 25th of October 2009 for China distribution (China distribution does not means it is made in China, Yonex NS9900 is always made in Japan) there are many codes, JP for Japan, UK for United Kingdom, TH for thailand, CH for China, etc. now what we do is to match up the shaft serial and cone code for 2009 racket, most of them have shaft serial 8XXXXXX - 9XXXXXX your's is too low 7XXXXXX (I think this is shaft serial for racket production 2007-2008) it doesn't match up that's why we know it is fake
