Too many options, my friend. Could you narrow down to say 4, like how it was done in school. At least we have 25%. It would be best if "D" is all "of the above". Haha
Now that the dust has settled...... . The answer is found in Post #7 in this thread, located at; http://www.badmintoncentral.com/for...t-(Feb-18-21)-To-be-held-in-Kuala-Terrengannu All other BAM singles players may be put under Rashid’s care. .
It's not Queen's english but we all know what the blogger(s) want to convey. I agree that MS should be coaching LCW only just as we see in tennis where the coaches are not shared by the top-ranked players.
Misbun's silence has BAM guessing http://www.nst.com.my/nst/articles/f13f1/Article THERE is no sign of an end to the cat-and-mouse game between Misbun Sidek and the BA of Malaysia (BAM). Misbun, who resigned as national singles coach on Dec 31, has yet to meet BAM officially despite pledging to do so recently. BAM high performance director Datuk James Selvaraj had agreed to meet Misbun privately before an official meeting with BAM last week but the former national champion has gone silent since. "Misbun has not contacted me. I am still waiting. Jalani Sidek requested that I meet Misbun first, which I agreed to, but nothing has developed since then," said Selvaraj after meeting the national elite and back-up coaches at Juara Stadium in Bukit Kiara yesterday. "Kenny Goh (general manager) sent him a text message after Chinese New Year and Misbun replied that he wanted a few more days. Nothing has developed since then." Selvaraj and Goh have been trying to coax Misbun for a meeting after they were assigned the task by BAM president Datuk Seri Nadzmi Salleh. Nadzmi had said on Jan 26 that he had a "positive" meeting with Misbun and that the coach was seriously considering resuming his post. It is learnt that BAM is seriously considering hiring a third coach for the five-member elite squad if Misbun does not return. As for now, Tay Seu Bock -- who was initially assigned to the junior team -- is preparing Chong Wei for tournaments while national singles head coach Rashid Sidek is handling Liew Daren, Chan Kwong Beng, Tan Chun Seang and Chong Wei Feng.
Chinese new year is 2 more days to go before it ends By then if misbun isn't back, this thread will be flooded with questions again.. press will have more to speculate.. more reporters outside misbun's house maybe even following him in and out, the whole bam committee, NSC and msn will be very busy ... when chong Wei speaks again
"It is learnt that BAM is seriously considering hiring a third coach for the five-member elite squad if Misbun does not return." Well, looks like MS is playing "hide & seek" again not only with the reporters but also with BAM and in particular James Selvaraj, the man responsible for the high performance elite group. MS is well noted as a "maverick" not for nothing and this is one instance he is showing it. JS has a responsibility too to ensure that MAS continues to do well at the world stage and his eagerness to settle the "misunderstanding" with MS as quickly as possible is understandable. All-England is around the corner and a few other important assignments ... but more importantly he wants LCW to be well-prepared for London Olympics 2012 and "time waits for nobody". So can we blame JS for saying BAM may hire a third coach to do the job, maybe to coach LCW. What will be the role of MS then? Will he really retire or perhaps spend the remainder of his active years coaching his son? Will LCW accept BAM's new coach or be content with his temporary replacement coach Tay Seu Bock? Will LCW be able to regain his composure, condition and confidence in London? If MS delays his appearance for longer than necessary, it will be unpleasant for those concerned and may blow the entire issue out of proportion ... AGAIN
Yes loh, a maverick is not for nothing Most probably he is working on the training program so let's wait for another 2 more days and see what happens when he pass up his plan : D It's very clear if ms doesn't gets what he wants for his coaching, he will leave and have nothing to do with badminton and I don't think anyone can talk him out when that happens AGAIN
Another big blow to BAM, Wong Tat Meng has resigned as the women's single coach. He will be joining Li Mao to coach the Indonesia team. First Malaysian coach appointed to coach the Indon team.Malaysia boleh!
Congratulations to Wong Tat Meng . Surprised to read that Wong Tat Meng needs to move to Indonesia to be a world class coach. IMHO, Wong Tat Meng is already a world class coach, helping many MAS girls to perform well at tournaments. .
3 coach for 5 player and 2 coach for 10++ player those whatever council and member must be good in math
I agree. Congratulations to Wong Tat Meng, finally got recognized for his good work on WMC . It's BAM's and MAS's loss.
Been told it is not confirmed yet and we believe that Li Mao has asked WTM....the sources said there had been a talk, but not sure
Been told that Wong Tat Meng will start coaching on March 1..basically some of MAS coaches just knew it today, while INA coaches heard about it and not sure it would happen or not... WTM will coach INA WS....not sure about Marleve's faith..
Seems like now PBSI is very very serious wanna raise our women singles standard into a higher level by bringing Li Mao and Wong Tat Meng! All the best! many people are questioned on Marleve's ability to coach, and now by the attendance of Wong Tat Meng, will Marleve remain at pelatnas??
Li Mao and Simon Santoso could be a very powerful concoction that will send shockwaves all the way to the top of the heap.
SS is not 22 years old and is subject to frequent injuries. Had Li Mao been INA's coach 5 years ago, SS would have won more titles. As it is, I doubt that SS can be consistent like LCW. That happened to LHI and PSH who were not consistent during Li Mao's tutelage.
