Hi friend, thanks for the reply. Hmm I am very interested about these products, let me see all thread about Li-Ning.
Dear bippi, You may be interested to see this link as well. Li Ning has made in roads into Indian players during the recent Hyderabad WC. http://www.dnaindia.com/sport/report_jwala-chetan-sign-up-with-li-ning_1280800 I think u can follow up from here and i feel Some badminton equipment shop in major Indian Cities will soon have Li Ning rackets i think. At what price that i am not sure. Good luck. Cheers.
Li Ning making in roads on sponsorship Folks, Some interesting recent news that is published. Seems that Li Ning is making in roads into pro players of India, and national team of Singapore. Who will be next ? Malaysia's KLRC players perhaps? (Their strategy seems to be cannot get national team, get their private pro team first. Then setup shops, academy, sponsor some local tourney to fianlly get the national team deal. This is their direction now it seems.) http://www.channelnewsasia.com/stories/singaporelocalnews/view/443839/1/.html http://malaysianbadminton.com/blog/?p=113 It will be interesting to see when 2011 and 2012 some Yonex sponsorship contract ends for most Asian countries (Malaysia, Indon, etc.) WAR WAR WAR Cheers
To Yonex fans maybe yes. To me Yonex is not MY personal favourite. So i see it as a healthy competition to force Yonex to be even better to stay alive.
What is the retail price of LN N-series racket in your country? Just curious how is the price difference of L N N-series racket from country to country. So if u do have (No discount price pls) pls post it. To kick start, here s the retail , no discount price in LN shop in China N90 - RMB 1980 N77 - RMB 1680 N70 - RMB 1680 N55 - RMB 1780 N50 - RMB 1780 N33 - RMB 1680 N30 - RMB 1680
Cheap Li Ning This place sells rather Cheap Li Ning rackets http://www.shanghai-corner.com/index.php?cPath=54_118 N90 - EUR 149,90 N77 - EUR 134,90 N70 - EUR 134,90 N55 - EUR 139,90 N50 - EUR 139,90 N33 - EUR 134,90 N30 - EUR 134,90
Actually I am curious about Li-Ning racquets like the N-series. But how do you tell the difference between the real deal from the counterfeits? Is there some security features to look for? Thanks
How to check if your LN racket is fake? After spending a whopping RMB1980 for a LN N90 Racket, the last thing you want to know is that ur N90 is yet another marvelous Make in China "Clone" aka pirate aka FAKE. So how to check the LN rackets fif they are the real deal or fake? Before we proceed, at least till today, LN still does not have any clones for now, even inside China, but YONEX my God, not only clones but PERFECT clones are everywhere. So, to double check for LN rackets, for now the method is still pretty easy and personally i doubt it is 100% fool proof. Anyway, here you go: 1) When you purchase their LN rackets (any series/range), dont get too excited and throw away all packaging !!! The most important check for fake product code is at the back of this racket head cover, as shown in the photo for N55 as example: 2) Peel off the "sticker" to reveal the code. 3) Log onto http://www.li-ning.com/fwcx/ and key in your product code. (Only problem here is all this are available only in Chinese, as of now. So folks who dont understd Chinese, you may post your PRoduct code here and i promise to check each of them whenever i log in and saw one. Side note: Since YONEX clones are so serious these days, Yonex china has also posted this: (Some of you may have already know, so bear with me) you can log onto http://www.yonex.com.cn/ to identify if your Yonex (CN version) is real or fake. Just follow their instruction (example shown below. Racket and shoes) Thats all for now. Cheers
Anyone have a comparison between the N50, N55 and the N90? And how they compare to equivalent yonex rackets?
You can have a look at the previous pages in this thread, or check it out at the "Li Ning rackets review" thread which is in Equipment section Cheers
so how can you tell when buying a 2nd hand racquet whether it's an original. presumably the seller can get a fake one and give you the orignal paper cover and you'd never know the difference. doesn't seem very safe to me.
As a matter of fact, this is a problem if u intend to buy a second hand li ning racket. And u r right about the paper cover problem. I thrown mine the moment i open my rackets. Hope they can improve on this acpect
LN N55 Flame Ok, after more than a month getting this gem and using it for more than 40 hours of play, here is the existing status of my N55. Drum roll........ The racket bag. I kinda like it as the color stands out. Can fit only 3 rackets though. I also noticed that not everyone get this bag when they buy N series racket. Seems that only within China u get this bag with the racket. The racket after more than 1 month use. Yes, i re-string it and change the tape already (compare with my photos previously posted in this thread) Angle shot hehehe Last shot. Overall this racket is now my personal favourite (for now). The smash, net play, defence, flat shots, overhead clears are solid with this racket, once you get used to it. Suitable for both singles and doubles play. Cheers
To me, (and i stressed, ME) N55 is better than N50. This is because i prefer "heavier" rackets. Hence, N50, NS9900 are all not my cup of tea. Rather Arc ZS, Zelm Trixon8 and N55 are all not my prized weapons. Go try one before buy it, where possible. Cheers
