I want to know one thing: Does haribito pattern of Gosen differ from their teaching at seminars and conduct of their haribito exam?
I have emailed to about 6 stringers from China & Korea who are haribito professionals as per gosen site, but I have not received any reply from them yet.
I got an reply from Gosen's Overseas Sales Div.. Their reply is quoted below: Quote What is the difference between "stringing as per Haribito System" and "your stringing pattern published in your catalogue"? Their reply: Stringing pattern published in our catalogue is just basic string pattern. "Stringing as per Haribito System" are more segmentakized ways. There are some kinds of ways. Unquote
I heard that the Haribito method (bottom up) is good for lower tensions whereas the "ATW" method (top to bottom) is better for high tensions. This seems to make sense as the higher tensions would be pushing downwards towards the bottom of the frame (where the frame is stronger). Any ideas?
I've tried the 22x21 stringing pattern posted earlier and it seems to how tension better than a 2 piece stringing method (bottom up - Yonex pattern). Anyone else try these patterns? Feedback?
Tried on my 2 x Z-Slash last nite Gosen Method No.3 22x21 method String: Babolat FINEBRAID MICRO STRING 0.67mm Tension 24 x 24 Result : Racket shape - Un change Time to string - 45min (normally 30min) First Hit Very sharp sound After 2 hrs of play - tension maintains well Replusion in the sweet spot feels better Around the world 2 Knots String: Babolat FINEBRAID MICRO STRING 0.67mm Tension 24 x 24 Result : Racket shape - Un change Time to string - 29min After 2 hrs of play - tension maintains well Conclusion: The hitting sound of the Gosen method is very different (much shaper)

I would also like to know, since I;ve been doing the Yonex 4knots for awhile with top down instead of down up
I've been using Haribito pattern and found it holds tension better than Yonex 4 knots pattern. Also, there are few variations of Haribito patterns (kwun's video was 2011 Haribito version I believe) and later version IMO is even better. Ludang
I got so used to it when I string my own rackets. Anyway, google search yielded: http://www.google.com/search?q=hari...hl=en&client=safari#biv=i|1;d|EE3CjifojTt5EM: Ludang
ludang, i cannot find your so-called later version thru your link. Can you post a pic or give a direct link?
