I disagreed. LD always seems to play like this whenever he plays LCW nowsaday. Both of them knows each other's defence are so capable that most blatant attacks or smashes are just going to drain energy out of the attacking players with no point won. They only attack when the chances arise, which are in a premium during LD vs LCW matches. And when they attack, they attack with a venom that are out to win a point with more than 70-80% confidence of winning.

You are welcome to disagree, and whilst LD is a counter attacker normally anyway he was far more passive that day than usual.

LCW was not attacking at all so LD played a different game and made all kind of unforced errors.

    Wishing LCW to recover fast

    .
Yes, hope that LCW's injury will recover fast.

I was thinking that if the injury is really bad, LCW will be certain to retire this year, after the 2012 Olympic Games.

Despite we have several not bad guys of younger generation I can't imagine the badminton MS world in 2013 after these two will disappear. And also Gade resigns. Smth like SO that just finished - no LD-LCW and the level of competition immediately falls.

Peter Gade would like become a coach after he has retired

    .
Peter Gade will retire as a player in 2012 (not resigned).

And I heard that Peter would like become a coach after he has retired.

Ya man, respect to LD. I remember back when not long ago posters were condemning Lin on his bad net play. He has improved a lot and proved to be a hard worker. He deserved the alocades. Congrats to both.

Lol and more cheapshots and swipes at Chinese players. Some fans can't be classy even if they try to. Typical.
