Now I wish I had planned ahead. :(

Great pictures, Chris! It seems that you managed to hit all the highlights of tourist London in less than 24 hours. Keep up the good work! :)

Well, you had your fun a couple of years back [IMG].
Was in London a decade before you. They still had those greedy pigeons in Trafalgar Square then, lol. Caught them in a shot with one on my arm, one on my shoulder and another on my head. It was really funny. It's been so many years already [IMG].
I had dreamt of walking around in Heathrow Airport when I was a kid. Woke up disappointed, but went back to sleep to continue the sweet dream. The reality was very much what I had imagined. Everyone loves London [IMG].

These online translators are so useful.
One can learn to speak some exotic languages. At least a sentence or two.

The last time I was back, was, err, practically every year actually. So I don't miss it ....... except the birds of Trafalgar Square and the old Malaysia Hall before it got relocated from Bryanston Square to Queensborough Terrace at Bayswater.

Hey Chris, how about Gloucester, Reading, Plymouth?

How do you get to go back so often?

Last time I was there was in 2005 and before that in 2000.

Let's see, the big change I noticed for 2005 was the oyster card. But it felt the same otherwise.
I really wish I planned to go now :(

What I am doing in Asia when there is the biggest party in London...aarrgghhh:mad:

There have been too many "Arrrghhhhs" coming from regretful BCers. Luckily Chris made the commitment to go. Good for him.

How about Lisle Street in the West End, Llanelli in Wales, Slough, Streatham...

    Hey, just Anglo-Saxonic stuff.

    Hi ctjcad

I just want to know who is that in the black shirt in the middle, he looks very familiar but I wasn't sure who he was out of the three members in this post.

Oh, I went to kindergarten in London, a long long time ago .......

Lived there until the mid-70s, when Rudy Hartono was still the master at the old Wembley Arena.

Then as an adult, bought me a house in London, which my already-migrated cousins are pestering me to sell to them (at subsidised price, no doubt). Thank you very much, I would prefer to be my cousins' landlord. Which is part of the reason for my yearly ritual to merry old London.
