I agree with you visor. 9000ace has excellent support and is light and fast, but with slight flaw that the cushioning was abit too hard to play on hard floor. If p9100 is a real improvement over 9000ace then im definitely getting it. :D

Sadly, I can't compare 9000 with P9100 because I don't have 9000 Ace shoe and I've only held, poked and prodded P9100 shoe. Generally manufacturers these days are seeking improvements on previous models so I was certainly impressed with P9100. I've said before my only concern with this shoe is the lack of a white version.

Haha I'm just curious why colour really matters. What matters is that you enjoy playing badminton, not your appearance lol.

I believe it's got to do with the British cultural preference kinda thing. If Paul were to wear coloured shoes, he probably will b the only one or the only few on courts to do that. Everyone else would b wearing white basically...cmiiw

You are right as there is a cultural element. But, I think it's also because when you are so used to watching players in white shoes, looking down at your feet and seeing red shoes just doesn't feel right. I'd feel like I've just landed in the film The Wizard of Oz!

Wearing coloured shoes with tracksuit bottoms is different. With a matching red top and black bottoms the overall look would be fine and therefore subconsciously I wouldn't feel awkward.

As any player knows, if the subconscious is distracted by something, then it is harder to focus.

i think that's very sound logic in terms of personal preference.

LOL - Teddy I'll be wearing a halo next in your book! There are times when I get things wrong, especially when I try to find better ways to teach players and help them make faster progress.

I should spend more time in the coaching part of this forum rather than equipment, but I prefer to be in here and let everyone else have their say. Apart from that, it's tough trying to give coaching advice in a forum. And that's why I'm recording so many videos at the moment. If you're not following me on Facebook then you could miss out because news of what I'm launching is already up.

sorry i just saw this. but the picture i posted earlier has a little bit of chipping on the victor logo (the black line) 2013-11-10163537_zps7736cf85.jpg

I honestly have no idea how it happened, but I'm sure it happened within playing the second time wearing them

Ahmad and Natsir wore the FG version in Malaysia last week. Very striking.

Is racquetforce.com legit? After I saw that thread the owner posted in it seemed a little sketchy. Sent an email to eric anyway to see if he knew when he might get them in.
