One WC title is only one WC title, no matter how out of proportion one is trying to glorifying it. My advice is let her supporters bathing in their moment cause winning a WC is not an easy task. Be patient, let give her time to prove she is not a one hit wonder then we can have a real discussion.
Yup, this is happy moments for her fan! This is the best time for her fan to let she knows how we appreciate her achievement. She has been working hard for 13 years to acquire the abilities. If nobody recognizes it, noone can talk about it, it will be too cruel if it happens to anyone's life. I am the one who will not be shy to praise her and openly encourage her to continue to keep on hardworking and performing well and if I see anything she has done well, I will not reluctant to bring it up. ...go go Ratchanok I am your FAN...
He said he is not on earth. He is "out" of this world. Where else could he be? Like the crazy scientists, he has built a "out-of-this-world" contraption that allows him to traverse the universe at will. He doesn't have to pay going to Mars. Wonder who could be his only lucky passenger?
No, She does not buy a house yet. She said if she has got everything now it may lessen her crave for winning Olympics. She is so determined that , at one point, she even told reporter that she will buy a house only after Olympics.
many of news reports just left it off. i don't know the reasons, maybe because it is well known that she is singles player and when she lifted the world title, people can understand that it will be women singles title not doubles categories.
I'm not buying that it was intentional. No one was stupid enough to call Ji Xinpeng the youngest gold medallist in Olympic badminton history in 2000 just because he had that distinction for his discipline. People report this one wrong because they think she was the youngest, period. In other words, they don't know, they don't check, and they repeat the claim because several sources that should have been reliable got it wrong in the first 24 hours. The BWF - as quoted earlier in this thread - even went so far as to add in 'of either gender', so they, at least, were clearly not trying to limit their claim to women's singles and that is understandable, as it is clearly a more impressive claim since she was younger than any past MS champion, too.
You can keep laughing as much as you like. You don't know how her family supporting her. Apart from this, you may not know what the heck happens after you start having a house, it is listless of activities like how about furnishing, decoration, gardening and so on. It is tireless and can be very distracted. Keeping it as a dream and pushing it away till a proper time is the best strategy in my opinion.
