Default Wilson v/s Yonex

I am told Wilson rackets are much better than Yonex and are much inexpensive as well...please advise if this is true.

1. It's hard to just compare 2 brands in general, w/o specify the models.

2. Equipment selection is very much personal preference. Something good for player A, might not be the case for player B.
