No, the Muscle Power 99 is even balance, so it is not head heavy.

I got this a few days ago, got it strung with BG85 @ 25x27. Haven't try the racquet in a court yet but when I tried it at home it's pretty decent.....

Btw I'm officially trying this racquet tomorrow

Well the Muscle Power 99 is the second best racket in the Muscle Power series (some people may disagree) so it will give u extroidinary results. Give a little time to get use to this racket, this racket is known for a long time adjustment, so dont get fusturated if you get do not perform powerful smashes your first day with this racket.

MP99 isn't the 2nd best racquet, it's all about preference, some body may think mp88 is the 2nd best or whatever.

But yes, MP99 does produce a fast and powerful smash. Could be more powerful, but the control is also good, that's why it's even balance.

If you want more power and less control with head heavy, you should get mp100.

I def prefer the Mp99 to the Mp100 , its is head heavy officially no not really but still dam powerful, its just more head heavy than some rackets around which are lighter.

Mp99's a supreme racket though the time adjustment for it is .....long

ya the MP99 is a little head heavy depending on your grip size. mine is G5, so i feel a bit more head heaviness but it helps with head speed when you go for your smashes. also i have my strings at 23lbs so that is decent.

Agreed, I also have mine in G5. It feels heavier than my MP30 that is G3. But the smash sounds better

Mine is a G5, without string and grip, it feels quite balance, but once strung and with grip, it feels head heavy.

Unless your grip is less weight than your strings, otherwise I don't see how this is possible.

Racket itself can't produce anything. Your technique (and preference) is the determine factor.

If your racquet is head heavy, just hold it slightly higher (grab the grip right next to the cone), and the racquet becomes more evenly balanced.

Yes, I would certain agree that the MP-99 is the one I like best out of the two. The MP-100 is very powerful but too extreme that beginners like myself have a hard time adapting to its style. To me, neither the MP-99 or the MP-100 is head-heavy. I have the Ti-10 and that one, I can confirm, is head-heavy.

I've had the AT-800DE for a short while before trading it for another MP-99 but during the period that I still had it, I felt that it was pretty okay but the 4U was too light for me (which is why I traded it for an MP-99). Didn't seem to be head-heavy too much like the Ti-10, but it could have been the weight that affected my opinion, considering the Ti-10 is 2U while the AT-800DE is 4U. I have tried the AT-700 3U and that one is definitely head-heavy, more so than the Ti-10 2U.
