It just cost me $87.40 to fill-up my truck. Eight-seven dollars and forty cents! That's like...ridiculous.
Yes, i can feel your pain.. ..wow, that's hefty..:crying:..Time to get one of those hybrid trucks then..
Time to ride bike to work... If everyone stops buying gas from Chevron, Mobile, or Exxon, the price of gas will drop. I've already stopped buying from them.
It's time to go use hydrogen fuel cells engines!! - However the price is expensive for them at the current time.
feel our pain!!!! u guys have it easy till now. one solution: move to venezuela. gas is 25c a litre down there.
Move to Brunei then. Fuel is SGD$0.53 a litre.. and good feather shuttles cost about $15 - $20 a tube...
Time to get a hybrid vehicle or one of the smaller cars like Toyota Echo or Honda Fit. Unless your work requires carrying tons of goods around, there's no point to be driving a big truck.
Ride.. ..a bike??..how will our Master NGP carry all of these goods below??..*Of course, he doesn't have all 4 of them now..
I went down to Seattle last weekend and after I told the (friendly) border guard I was visitng friends down there, he joked, "make sure they pay for your gas" On a brighter note (if there is such a thing), gas prices in Vancouver was "down" to $1.19/L this afternoon.
Each liter of gasoline produces 2.5kg of CO2. All cars, hybrids included, produce CO2. Take public transport or walk, and you will do your part in reducing global warming. If you must drive, how about taking away your own CO2 produced by your car through a carbon exchange system? To do this is simple. For every 2,000 miles (rough average for an average car) you travel, you plant one tree. For an average of 20,000 miles per year you plant 10 trees. Good for you (you get more muscles) and good for the planet. Now you know how much damage you have been doing to planet earth with your automobile.
