Default Carlton Composite Flex Ti

Is the Carlton Composite Flex Ti titanium or is it just the name?

Titanium is supposed to be lighter, while being tougher at the same time. Titanium is gray, while steel is black, not sure about aluminum though. Steel gets rusty while (i think) Titanium don't rust at all. They also sound different when hit by something.
