    Im just curious, does *** make a badminton player weaker? or maybe the other way around?

    Yes, my badminton performance always goes down whenever I get hit with three shurikens.

    To be a bit more serious, it seems that you are trying to ask about the effect of (three letter word beginning with 's' and ends with 'x') on badminton. I'm not sure if the "Injuries" subforum is the correct place to be asking that, but my guess is that there will be a slight detriment from both a physiological and a psychological aspect. It should certainly not make you play stronger, if that's what you meant by "other way around."

    I can tell u straight away (and we discussed it with friend here) that if u did it within 3-4 hrs prior to playing hard games, it does affect u. U get the impression of 'weak-at-the-knees' sort of thing. That is the general feeling amongst us. Otherwise, long term and all we don't know and can't say. (and don't care LOL)

    it depends but overall, it should enhances, not hamper your next day competition:):) As my proof, we know that jocks are often accompanied by many chicks. If *** hurts their athletic ability, they wouldn't be such a chick magnet, right? As a sample case, Michael Phelps, he broke some more world record after the OG and we know that he has more lady frens AFTER his OG feats.

    Muhammad Ali wouldn't make love for six weeks before a fight and many football players won't make love on the night before a game. An article in the Journal of Sports Medicine and Physical Fitness shows that sexual relations on the night before competition have no effect on endurance to exhaustion on a treadmill, strength, the ability of the body to transport oxygen to muscles and the amount of blood pumped by the heart.

    Lovemaking is not a very demanding exercise. The most aggressive love makers burn about 250 calories an hour, or 4 calories per minute. The average person makes love for only five minutes and burns fewer than 25 calories. It takes as much energy to make love as it does to walk up two flights of stairs. If you think that you shouldn't make love on the night before a game, you shouldn't participate in pregame warmups. They're much more demanding than lovemaking.

    While younger men notice no loss of athletic prowess after making love, it may be different for older men and women. Lovemaking does use up energy and older men and women may not be able to compete at their maximum on the day after they make love. I have discussed this with many older men and women and the vast majority feel that sexual relations keep them from competing at their best on the next day in tennis, bicycle racing and long distance running.

    For younger athletes, not making love can interfere with athletic performance. On the day before competition, most athletes usually reduce their workouts and have extra energy. If they don't make love, they spend the night tossing and turning and wake up, exhausted. Casey Stengel, the former manager of the New York Yankees, said that its' not *** that wrecks these guys, it's staying up all night looking for it. The Minnesota Vikings and Buffalo Bills were separated from their wives before four Super Bowl Games. You know their record, zero and four.

    From my experience it has an huge effect on the game
    your legs become heavy and no power in the arms and legs
    same was with other people (who plays pro football)

    the knee thing is right. i feel that too. maybe it depends on the style and position of your *** prior to the game.

    the nite before is ok,...but hours ahead of the game is not...
    the sames goes for "blowing the job" or DIY

    Just the facts

    Young unmarried men have less of it than married men.
    More badminton champions are young unmarried men.

    Therefore it is bad for badminton?

    Nope. As married men will attest, there are more energy draining aspects of "wedded bliss" than just the one on topic here.:eek:

    As for the topic at hand, just like all sports, remember to stretch and stay well hydrated. :)
    (oh sorry, the "at hand" part must refer to those young unmarried types :p)

    good to hear from you guys! how about masturbation? is it any different? i know *** is much more physically strainuous but most people say that masturbation is much more draining than actual sexual intercourse.

    I think this is ok if tackled in the most matured manner.

    As for the *** question, I've done it the night before my game, and it did affect a little, but not significantly. However, having *** after badminton definitely affects the performance.
