well how do you know that it is a fake or not? my friend got one at PHP4000 (or around USD80) and she said it was the real thing. another bought one for PHP2000 (or around USD40) and both had serial numbers on the cone and the shaft. and by the way, in what format should the serial numbers be for MP100? is it something like XXXXXXSP or XXXXSPXX or something?

My MP77's serial number is xxxxxxUS and I believe mine is authentic Yonex racquet.
