Default "review Section" !!!!!!!

Hello, I'm not quite sure who is the moderater or admin for this forums, but I am trying to write a Review on my Carlton AS-Ti racket in the review section, only problem is it's not listed there. This racket has been out for almost 2 years, So i was wondering if someone could add the AS-Ti up there so that I could write a review on it.

I've been told you are supposed to write the review in the "Misc Rcaquets" section, because, apparently, it isnt special enough to have its own page.

errr... i think this is a free forum... ie, you didnt pay anything to be able to participate in this discusion, etc. so the admin ppl are not compelled to do anything! they do not owe you anything!

furthermore, if even mp90 cannot get a space in the review section, why should carlton as-1/ti get it?

Why should any racket at that matter get it? I Mean come, also I agree there should also ne an MP90 review up there, but then again the biggest review section is the Yonex rackets, so in that case the carlton racket should it ok, does that satisfiy your answer. Also it's not as if the admin owes me anything, I was just wondering why there is no review section for this paticular racket. I didn't come in here demanding that is must be put up there, I simply came here to find a resonable answer, nothing more

NVIDIA,

No problems about you writing up the review.

It can be placed in the misc section or equipment forum.

Just a little info for you:
badmintoncentral is entirely funded from one person's pocket so far
it is voluntary
it has no affiliation to any badminton association
it has no commercial interests

the review section was put up by the administrator at the time of creation of badmintoncentral webpage. That was quite a long time ago. That person now has a fulltime job as well as playing badminton. With the racquets that keep coming out, he needed to proritise the changes of the website. He has no help with the website. Thus things like the discussion forum which gets a lot of hits got priority first.
Unfortunately, creation of new pages for racquet reviews got low priority. That's why the home page hasn't changed for quite a while.

Now if he got funded for making continual changes to BC, that would be a different matter...................

Hope this helps

Why don't we create a review section in the forum instead?

We have have a forum dedicated to Professional players, to Tournaments, and a Lounge. I think a review section would be at least as important, if not more so.

That section would have the same rules as the review section @ Bcentral. (No discussion, only reviews, etc.)

We can then add sub-sections (Yonex, Calrton, etc.)

I think that would be great, and no need for maintaince!
