Default A "possible" badminton trip to San Jose area

After my trip to Boston, my next plan is to San Jose, CA.

My friend (she does not play badminton) in Berkeley invited me to come over to her place for a visit sometime this summer (1-2 wks). Haven't seen her for 2,3 yrs, so, I guess I will go. Since both her and her husband need to work/school at day time, even possible some night time as well, I might feel bored. Therefore, here's the solution: badminton.

I will surely bring my rackets over with me, and just wonder how many ppl may have time to meet me in that area (and give me a ride to gyms, ^___^). I will probablly make my trip sometime around July or August.

I know this won't happen for another 5 months or so, but just kinda wonder how many ppl I can "protentially" meet in such a short period of time. How far is SJ away from Berkeley? 1-2 hrs driving distance?

If this trip can be applied, hmmmm... Toronto will most likely be the next stop, since I might go there in Sept or so... too early...

Sounds really cool.

It's my honor to finally see our Administrator. Will definitely bring a cam. something with me. If I am lucky, maybe I can see several other BF members as well, since CA is one of the major area we get members from.

Now, it's still early. Guess we can surely plan together in more detail when I start to reserve my airplane ticket something (May, June time, I think).
