Tournement in San Fracisco..

Theres a tournement at SF, wondering if anyone from California is planning to join. If any of you do plan to enter, its $22 (US) for playing singles or doubles and $35 if you plan to do singles and doubles. I've been doing some training like running a couple a miles a day, and stuff. ANyone got any good exercises i could do, cus the tournements in May 20 something. That means i only got about ummm......a month to train. I plan to go all out, to win this tournement.
