The Mizuno Wave Return Ti grips to the floor extremely well. I am use to wearing tennis shoes for badminton. The change was drastic. THe weight reduction helped a lot and seems that I am floating and not dragged down by the weight of tennis shoes. The surface I play on is parque floors. The shoes design really grips well and definitely won't slip. The shoe has great support and padding on the back of the shoe where it is needed. On the other hand, the front of the shoe has minimal padding which is ok for now and will observe how the comfort level will be when I break in the shoe. Definitely a good investment. Will report back in the future with durability.

Reporting back on the Mizuno Wave Return Ti. Has been seven months since my first report on the Return Ti's. The sole is holding up very well. Minimal wear on the sole. The inner quarter front of left shoe has excessive wear from dragging my foot when stopping. Not as strong as tennis shoes but that is normal. Yonex and Mizuno should consider making the inner left and right front quarter of the shoe more durable as a lot of people drag their left/right foot to stop. There is great shock absorption which leads to a very comfortable shoe. The front hard plastic lip which surrounds the front of the shoe is wearing out very fast on my left foot. Cause is from dragging of left foot when going for net shot. Use of another material would be more suitable. The dusty parque floors will not hold the Return Ti back in terms of grip. They keep on gripping. I'll probably buy another pair of Mizuno Wave series badminton shoes. The durability is not up to the levels of tennis shoes. The Return Ti will probably hold up till the end of the year till I get another pair. Yonex vs. Mizuno comparison is next. Yonex and Mizuno purchase is next.
