My MP-100's handle shattered in my hand as I was doing pre-game clears, I still have the 2 parts, is there anyway to fix that? Or perharps change the handle?
(I was trying to edit my first message, just dont know how) |

Not sure about replacing racquet handles, I think it's possible, but should be made with precise measurements and such, so I think it will be hard, most players just purchase a new racquet. Also racquet handles are the strongest part of the racquet, so it is pretty uncommon for them to snap.
And you can only edit your post within 15(I think) minutes of posting it. |

I don't think that it is feasable to replace the handle, if you just bought the racket, then you could send it back to the company for a refund. I think it is easier to buy a new one or return the old one for an excange, my coach ordered a Victor whatever and was clearing with it and the handle just broke in half too

Racquet handle can be changed. Just manage to find one that fit in yours or you can always bring it to a shop. |

To anyone who still cares about this topic, I've read another talking bout patching with epoxy glue and I actually tried it, I'll see if it works on friday morninAt the moment it looks pretty solid i tested it with some tension (using my bare hands, if i managed to break it once i thought i'd be enough to break it twice....)
The head was in pretty bad condition too, since the racket was probably going to the scrapyard i tried something with it... Car's Paint, it looks as original and i'll see aswell if it works on friday |

yes you can use epoxy glue but if you can add a piece of fiber glas around the handle and put some glue ,it will be fine ,last week I did a broken T joint ,now it is fixed,

Much better and easier to get the entire handle changed, cost should be about 5 USD at the most.
Personally, I break lots of racquets in the handle, most right at the cone, so Im left with the majority of the handle in my hand and the racquet goes flying :-) |

I just buy the handles in my local badminton store. They order it from their supplier in Asia somewhere.
But its not all that hard to change a handle yourself. Most handles have en screw in them and then you need something to dissolve the glue. Ive done it a few times, works like a charm. |

Its not the most brilliant idea after all to glue it..
It might cause serious personal / other injury if it accidentally "slipped out" during tournament or games. |
