Def!!! He is all worn out!!! He's been extremely busy after olympics. He had to attend a lot of ceremonies and events which sometimes had nothing to do with training. I feel so sorry for him. But he pulled it off everytime!!!
I don't care about the result anymore. He deserve a tons of compliment and reward. He is truly my biggest badminton idols ever!

There is nothing to be shame about ly losing at the final. He won 3 international competition after olympics. Runner-up, itself, is also very rewarding. I am not making excuse, there is no need to make excuse. why should i??? I am equally proud of him whether he won the title or not.

I am just trying to tell u guys about the fact! ALL along, he was almost force to attend many events. It wasn't like he wanted to have fun with celebrities at the tv show. Those events really didn't help him anyway. (financial-wise or traing-wise). He has no personal agent, so it's difficult to say "no" u are the weak one. You could possibly not imagine what ydl have gone through. He is probably the only well-known badminton star in korea. Korea people are not into badminton at all, they like soccer, baseball, basketball, volleyball, and etc. Those top people from kOREAN badminton organization is using yd as tool to gain popularity in badminton.

    Clear???

Are u sure about Korean ppl not into badminton??? Many players also need to attend various functions etc but I'm pretty sure most of their fans won't use the they're tired from events that's why they make mistakes/lose. As to well known badminton stars, what about PSH or LHI? Are they chopped liver? LYD is a very good badminton player but all players can lose, that's why they play the game, if not why don't they just hand out the medals before the tournment even starts

i think moscow is closer to reality. I remembered Economet or Seawell (i forgot whom) had said badminton still not as popular as it seem when compared to baseball, soccer, vollyeball or basketball. I don't have a poll to show this but if u look at this video, when the surprised sport star is being introduced to a bunch of korean semi-celebrities IN A GYM WITH A BADMINTON COURT SETUP.

    1. after 22 seconds intro, they still dunno who it was:
    2. then the announcer say KIM..., they have no idea (at 37 sec.)
    3. then the announcer say DONG...., they still have no idea
    4. only after MOON.. they know what was the surprise sport guest.
