Here, let's read the following sentence together first, then let's interpret it together, shall we? Now, tell me where did you see your name(limsy) in the above bolded sentence? Unless you admit that you are 1 of the 10 full time no life forum surfers, I don't see how I asked you to do a search and find evidence? Stay in school, dude... you really can't afford to miss 1 day at all.:crying:
just relax limsy, it is not worth it plus it will just waste time if u continue with the mindless chat with him.
Cool Limsy, Cool , no need to bother abt what they think of your English. They dont know what's the standard of English among general public in Malaysia lah. If BCers all over the world have to consult dictionary/google translator all the time before posting, then those from non English speaking countries no need to post already .
Your own English is not perfect either, so please don't be so condescending on other people's English, especially towards non-native speakers. In your sentence above, I can already spot some mistakes. One, I suspect, will turn up in a spell check. The other two will not. My own English is far from perfect and I know there are bound to be mistakes, but at least I don't quickly point out other people's mistakes (except in this one case).
If based on your above 'every player will improve over time' theory, how come our MS WR1, LCW still cant land that AE title? And what about HH?? You see him improving?
thanks.... hmm.... for the 1st question.....i dont know.......we have hundreds player in international arena...and not everyone can win mah...have winner...have loser... for hafiz....yes....compare 2003 ae final and 2009 india open final....the only thing he improve is....he can do more mistake....
limsy, again you need to calm down. I am with Uncle Loh, bananakid's intentions are sincere. There is nothing wrong in improving as we are all not perfect. You should react by looking forward. And please dont let no one tell you that your English is pretty much equivalent to the general public in Malaysia. That is loser talk, I am sorry. You should aim to improve rather than settle for something substandard. Aspire to stand out in the crowd, thats the key.
Cool down, limsy. I notice one thing, though. He quoted and replied all your arguments except this one...
Yes, we have hundreds of players in the international arena but we only have one WR1, right? So, question is how come the WR1 is not able to land that AE based on your ''every player will improve over time'' theory? Not only HH, KBH is another example. The lad is not improving despite having the time and motherly love from BAM.
limsy, to be fair, you need to be consistent also. Likewise I am also a normal bcer like you and when I comment about BAM, Malaysian badminton, it is also 'not fair' of you to ask me to go manage BAM.
limsy, thank you for your contributions. I have said before at the rate you are going, I am confident you are going to set a new record here. But please dont forget to have a life outside of this forum as well and never neglect your studies, ok? As Master Miyagi says ; 'Must have balance. Must have balance in life' http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QsPoBXemFmg And lastly, per your below statement, how about walking the talk and sticking to the thread's topic, ok?
Thanks for sharing that clip.. ..a few "Wows": 1. Did Taufik write his speech?? 2. It's official, Taufik is now an Indian! (check out @ 4:24) 3. Lucky lads, for being able to hit around with Taufik & Saina (towards the end of the clips). ..Yong, i think bananakid meant to say "at least bring it up to my level of English".. ..i thought using "lah", "lah", "lah" is used in Singapore, you know Singlish laaaaaaaaaah??..
^^It's still there..^^ ..perhaps the URL addie is giving you or not giving you what you want to watch???..
