LCW is a superstar. each time he loose the match, threads are mushrooming. :D many members need to post here and there, eventually the same meaning of post.

I never expected Sony to have a chance. I thought that this, out of all the MS SFs would have had the most obvious outcome (being LCW winning). Sony is so up and down, he's seemingly been down for quite awhile... but then out of nowhere - this! He can play a brilliant match/tournament every now and then, but it's rather rare :(. He knows when to make it happen though :).

LCW's skill is not a joke, but his mental weakness, trash talk from him, his coach and his fans are jokes.

    clear?

    Ahhh....

The guy commentator can't help it la, he's a big fan, that John always like that... LCW is indeed his pegasus.. heard he said it numerous time already... that's what a die hard fan is ... ehem... naturally ... and they said it not for the current way LCW played tonight but of his last matches aka LCW usual confident self... definitely not the man he was tonight....

but don't forget, they are not saying Sony performing badly either... instead they keep praising him for his effort and skills to control the pace etc... don't misled others if you're gonna write some summary of the match here... ;)

and who are you anyway, to tell us, particularly me, to stop dreaming for the best of the Malaysian players? tsk tsk tsk ... bad and worst suggestion ever!

oh really?! I don't think you mention that extra tidbits... and it's very clear that your

"I have to say, what a joke, LCW, his coach, and his fans."

means LCW as himself body and soul, his coach as himself, body and soul, and the fans as themselves bodies and souls... gosh, someone is really trying to teach me English here... thanks but no thanks!

Oh dear, why in heavens did I respond to such trash talks???

    Quote from LCW:

"It used to be Lin Dan against Taufik (Hidayat of Indonesia) but I have been able to challenge the Olympic champion now. The rivalry is something like Nadal against Federer."

Let's not get ahead of ourselves Mr Lee! ;)

    Honestly,

I hate to admit it, but to those who follows since day 1: dunno if you guys will agree with me, I seriously think LCW is not at his best despite what the press reported... deep down I can see he losing early... a close encounter in the 2nd game with NTM shows it all... NTM, I believe was too tired to keep pace with LCW. He definitely can upset LCW in his best form... I can see other players adopting LCW's ways of playing... eventually, LCW will lose if he didn't work out for something more, cos people are looking forward to play against him and beat him... they definitely have practiced well in achieving that... and sony did just that...

The irony is PBSI almost canceled Sony out due to unmonitored practice ( outisde Cipayung)..there is a rumour that Sony will quit PBSI if PBSI decided not to send him to WC....tomorrow is tough..tougher one...
