I've read that Li-Ning is trying emulate Nike and Addidas brand but I can't seem to find an English website with thier products. There is one in Chinese, so is this for only Chinese customers?
I have enough fun with the Chinese naming on each model, too poetic enough to have just translation. But, if you buy a Li-Ning top racket some day, I'll teach you Chinese for free.(only for terminology in a badminton court)
You mean the Chinese one with the Google translate? Yes, that I tried that one but it does not work. Unless you're talking about some other ones, care to give a link?

Nope, no translator. Look at the post below where jasonkok7 posted. That's exactly how I found it, so based on this, I am not sure why you said there is no English version.
The website looks kinda funny/corny....almost like an arcade game...with smoke in the background and the player you selected apparently appearing out from jagged rocks....
maybe they have no idea how to translate their motto : 胜气凌人 , that is why they put the english version web-site a side.
haha ok, yeah thats how i felt as well when i used the N90. I would say that the quality seems to be a little better than yonex, what do you think? just wondering if i should start a new thread on this
I hope Li-Ning breaks the monopoly of Yonex, which has totally dominated the sport. With Li-Ning, it would add variety and hopefully better sponsership and more prize money to the game. I have not tried it as they don't have a European range yet. Even Vicotor is not easily avialable in the UK, where as Ashway and Karakal, are.
Good question. On the original link indicated earlier, I can't find an 'English Version' top right, only a 'full-screen' version. The direct 'English' version linked to later in this thread leads me to a dead page. Do Li Ning really care about us Westerners ??? Very poor.
I say yes, since they sponsor people like Shaq and other Basketball players in the NBA... but besides that, why should they? why go through all the trouble to bring products over to the other side of the world just to make a few more $$?? it would be troublesome... they have been surviving well and making very good profit off just China, and whats the point of bringing Li Ning to other places anyways (i.e N.America) id estimate that only 1:40 of the population play or know about badminton... theres no market.
