Thought of getting a 4U BS9. Currently using 4u SW33P with lead tape on handle to make it head light for double play, would BS9 be better or i am better off without it since they will be quite similar?
Got a question. Does the BS09 vibrate a lot to you guys. It normally occurs when I mishit, but when I don't, I sometimes do feel a slight shock through my hands. Doesn't affect play tooo much.
Not really. I rarely mishit but when i did, I didn't really feel anything =/. An update for any potential buyers: The seller on ebay that was listed in this thread currently has a limited stock of the BS09. After those are gone, he will no longer carry anymore so get them while you still can for the awesome price! P.s. I do not know him nor am i advertising for him. I just think its a great deal and people should take advantage of it while you still can.
they aren't that similar. i've used both bs09 and sw33p in 4u. bs09 feels a lot more flex than sw33p. i find sw33p better for defense. bs09 headhvy and flex make it feel slower.
Ok since you (GT0ro) seem to be so knowledgeable on Victor rackets, what are the best offensive orientated rackets they make? I am mostly an offensive doubles player.
the racket you don't like. sw31. but also depends on your swing. wristy player, i'd go with bs09 something more flex. otherwise, sw33p i guess.
haha, I thought you didn't know my scree name . I never said I didn't like the sw31. Looking to try Victor rackets now ever since I got my amazing BS08.
i haven't tried any of the new new rackets but my go to racket so far has been the sw33c. it's very similar to the super nano 3. a bit more flex and both are hard to generate a lot of power. i dunno your definition of "hard hitting" but all my friends hit pretty hard. i'll be at the new club "everyday badminton" tonight if you want to try out the sw33c and bs09. i also have a artery tec 98. i'll be there from 8-10 or 11pm.
I'm never going to Everyday Badminton again. You shall understand once you get there. Anyways, get back to me about the rackets through msn or email once you get the prices. Thank you.
ceiling is low as heck. but it's free for the next couple weeks i think. going to play for free and try to improve my "defense"
bought the BS09 and i have to admit the overall with the racket is excellent to me. no remorse a single cent on this piece of equipment.
personally BS09 is good for singles, the racket is reflexive and if you execute sudden bursting power shot it will respond the second you hit it.
I have tried a search and nothing was found. So here it goes: Which Yonex racquet is similar to the BS09?
hey guys, i had been a fully yonex user all this while but i m now very interedted in victor racket especially bs09.....so can u guys kindly tell me how to differentiate the grip size of a victor racket? is it G2 = G5 (Yonex)? then do anyone of u know where can i get any of the victor racket in KL? thanks a lot.
In my opinion, brave sword 09 is a medium flex racket... its good , can still be used since super wave 35 and brave sword 10 is already out .. If the racket is no good Lee Yong Dae wont be using it!
BS09 is a very good all around racket. Single, doubles, attacking and defensively all very good. Going to pick up a SW36 to see if it get a little more power. Was thinking SW35 or BS10 but they are probably too stiff for me.
go to my thread...i did a research already... http://www.badmintoncentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=77954
thanks for the info, beside than this....do u guys know roughly how much do a Victor BS09 cost in RM? cos i am planning to get one. thanks so much in advance guys....
