maybe i am an old man.ha...ha...

anyway came back yesterday. I am a supporter of Malaysian Team and i luv to watch these junior played but i do recognise good outstanding player from other country.

Indonesia have good double players in both boys and girls but no so in the singles.

Thailand have a good girl single in Ratchanok. Her anticipation and speeds are incredible for a 14/15 year old. Pisit not sure how old. lack of determination and stamina.

China - i think their the other 3 single player- like Suo Di, Deng Xue and one more forgotten their name is only 17 years old. i feel that with intensive training these girls with good height and size could be better than Chen Xiajia. (no offence as this is just a personal opinion)

As for the boys- they have the best in Tian. Maybe see more next year in AJC.

Japan- Surprisingly Limsy favourite gal succumbed to pressure- Mitani performed below expectation. Instead Sayaka is the steadier one and a more friendly person.

Vietnam- they have a good potential boy and girl single who are currently 15/16 years old. have potential to go far.

Taiwan- good players with strenght but lack of fitness and determination. they played with brains but no finishing touch. Still most of them are 17years old.

M'sia- Somehow this is the only country who dare not let the younger players played in the team event and dependent on the main players could take the toil on them esp long 10 days event.

They have some good boys and girls players but need to be push for strenght and speed.

European- Russia they have one girl, Denmark the Boy singles and German they have some good single and double as well.

old man cannot remember names unless asian.

Sigh, it was all looking good at 21-13, 10-6 in the second-set, when suddenly, the MAS pair came back strongly to take the second-set and the rubber-set, despite trailing. It was just so close....sigh.....

So, it's gonna be Chooi Kah Ming/Ow Yao Han vs Mohd Ulinnuha/Berry Angriawan tomorrow in the BD Final.
