Don't know which side of the road is the driving in Vietnam. In Singapore it is traditional British and not pro American which is on the Right. Then, as an island, the roads are arranged in circular fashion. This serves a challenge who got used in a bicycle/motorbike traffic and French flair.
Better study carefully the main traffic heart transport of Singapore which is the MRT, Monorail, Skyway or Skytrain. This is the best way to see and shop through the island with the least time and problems. At the arrival airport in Changi, look for those FREE Map stalls, get a modest amount as they have many versions in Chinese and English. Good Luck.

So far in Sg, they only offer 20% with string+bag+grip..

But another shop is MB sports shop which gv 30% discount and 35% discount for the member, but the poor thing is they order this racket from China website instead from Sg agent directly, and if you hv any problem on the racket, there might be some guarantee/re-claim problem..

Doubt you can find these racquet models in Singapore but suggest you contact the Carlton distributor - Sports Network:

@backhand88 : I think Victor VS09 is available at S$155. You can find it at Chris shop (http://badmintonshop.blogspot.com/) - who is the distributor of Victor in Singapore.

Others may help you with NS9k and AT900T. Actually I'm about to get the AT900T as well :)

    Thanks niemrieng. :)
Yesterday i bought Victor Superwave 36 costs SinDollar $185 with BG66, grip and victor bag. The sales guy said Victor can go for higher tension compared to Yonex racquet especially AT900. Because last week i broke my AT900T. :(
