That's.. ..not a surprise lah..When LYD & LHJ lost, all fingers and toes point and put the blame on Hyo Jung..
It takes 2 to tango. When they win.. people will say LYD contribute. And when they lose, its his partner. Come on guys. Be fair. LYD is no better if not because of his partners. LHJ and JJS deserve the credits as well. If you really want to say LYD is the greatest.. let him play Singles. If he can be the champion in that department. Then case close since nothing to debate about.
Well, my opinion is according to what someone who has witnessed the match live said about the game itself, pls click this link, see post 170 by george@chongwei http://www.badmintoncentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=77543&page=10, I thk Rudy informed george@chongwei on what he saw in the match. Oh, btw, you could see Rudy's own comment on the match in this link also (post:587) http://www.badmintoncentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=77543&page=35I'm not a big fan of LYD as you can see from my previous posts and definitely not trying to make him looks the best in this world, I'm merely stating the fact relax guys
Usually.. ..when they won, LHJ (or even JJS) played brilliantly.... Of course, there are a few instances where LYD would play badly (one instance was the MD Final during last yr's SSMF). kirana: a lot of us realize when LYD & LHJ lost, it's mostly because LHJ made many errors. Y'day's result wasn't anything new.
yup. congrats to him and jjs for retaining their hk open title. luckily they didnt lose out to denmark uncles it would be a shame though btw, it seems that both JJS and Lyd was using the BS09 racket
i think to be LYD partner... they play with extra pressure... because ppl will blame them if they lose
muahahahaha yd yd n js js....woo hoo~~~well done...~~~hwaiting~~!! *clap**clap**clap**clap**clap**clap**clap**clap**clap*
i was hopeless ... because he lost (ok i mean They lost) the first game but in the middle of 2nd Game ... LYD/JJS take the control ... n make me Fire again hahahaha ^_^ i should've remember that they're Koreans ... Fighting Spirit Never End ... Congratz YongDae & jae Sung ... especially for YongDae ... Injury is not a barrier ... we believe that u can do ur best ... ^_^
If LYD partners me and loses to any uncle uncle team, I'm quite sure it's not fair to say that LYD is no better than his partner. The other team might be a "stronger" team but the weak link on our side will be me (not LYD). LHJ might be the best Korea has at the moment (I doubt) but her performance does keep fans at the edge. She can be brilliant at some point making shots you cannot believe possible (partly due to her height) and then totally clumsy at others pouring out unforced errors. LYD/JJS partnership is a lot more stable. JJS is IMHO more steady than LYD -- he was a bit rough when he returned from NS but looks okay now. JJS is a very balanced player who allows his partners to shine. Of course, every player (even LinDan) has his share of mistakes but LHJ simply takes the lion's share most of the time and as chris noted... Except for JJS's part, totally concur!!
