very simple, just add the number of matches LYD and LD played in 2009...
    LYD must be tired...

yup.. logically lee yong dae is more tired than lin dan.
so therefore, lin dan is not the same in this case:D

Zhang Yawen is a pretty good player. Even though she teamed up with Tao Jiaming. ;)

That's right. I watched the game and found that the KOR team failed in most of the attacks while CHN team were too good at defense. Most of all, ZYW looked well prepared for the attacks and movements from LYD and showed very active plays consistently. I cheer for ZYW, she's really good. Tao had some mistakes that seemed to give a chance to the KOR team but he was good in controlling his pace calmly through the games. On the contrary, LYD seemed having troubles against the team who rarely make errors.

Actually, the gym is a very spacious place with very high ceiling originally designed for Olympic Games (in 1988), that makes the bird speed much lower than in any other regular sized gyms. The players should focus more on drive plays rather than smashes. Most smashes can be easily defended in this situation.

And LYD is a player who suffers from difficulties when he meets a new formation. Once he recognizes their play styles he rarely loses to the same team. Next time, if they meet the same team again I think he will make a difference.

    :)

kor lost to chn in the first round. maybe its already time for the korean coaches to consider another partner for LYD. someone who can keep up with the pace of the top chinese players. someone as fearless and consistent as LYD and who can complement him on court

Yea as much as i do like LHJ she makes too many mistakes and doesnt offer the support that LYD needs. Nonetheless though, shes pretty good. Congrats to JJS and LYD who won korea super series! :D:D:D:D
