Its very disapponting that CY did that. I admire a lot of his ability (and following what racket he uses :) but after seeing that i lost a bit of my respect. I hope he bounch back and show the sportmanship he really is.

Cai Yun is not wrong...after the badminton match, he supposed to play
football...but he need some time to warm-up, so he think, what the heck..
just warm-up first...so he kicked his bag....but he do not know that by kicking bag like football, he will be red-carded...:crying::crying::crying:

You kidding me !! What kind of sportsmanship does Lee Yong Bo presents to us? Lin Dan, Cai Yun...all these people with bad behavior learned from their master Lee.

He first threw his racket so high up it was going to land on the spectators.
Fortunately, it was caught by someone in the front row who i believe kept
    it. Lucky him.
Cai Yun then went on to kick his bag and emptied most of the contents.

It was a very frustrating game for the Chinese pair. I think the Danes were
out to frustrate them and they did a good job of it.

hmm.. I have a hard time being to hard on CY.. I have seen many people kicking things and venting their frustration on a lost game.. If they aim their anger at the racket or the bag and not towards people, I think it is NOT OK, but notsucha big deal. Actually I think it would be rather borng if all player where "stone faces" and not emotional about both wins and losses... Anyone remember a tennis bloke called McEnroe??

Anyway, he go a well deserved red card, but.. Frustration on his own play after the game isn't really in my definiton of poor sportmanship.. He did not vvent any frustratin towards neither the umpire or his opponents...

To be fair the Dane's spent most of the championships throwing rackets into the crowd, so I don't think that's the problem. From where I was sat it looked as though it the one of the Danish pair who threw their racket in the air in celebration?? Everyone else is saying it was Cai Yun though. Whoever it was they got some serious height on that throw!

He didn't kick his bag into the crowd either, more into the umpires chair/ advertising boarding. Maybe Li-Ning paid him to take out the Yonex advertising :D

I can understand him getting annoyed though, the disappointment got to him and he lost control briefly, he is after all only human. He did seem more annoyed at himself than anyone else. Although maybe you would expect a professional to keep their cool, but it's hardly the first time a professional sports person has gotten a bit annoyed. Kicking your own equipment is minor compared to other sports.

Exactly. It's not a big deal, no need to be nitpicky about it ;). It's not like he does it after every game. Once in a blue moon is nothing to call "bad sportsmanship" over. It's just frustration. Surely we can all identify with that!
