..Tago's mom is not Emiko nor Eriko Ueno. Yoshiko Yonekura is his mom.
As mentioned, a few articles got the infos wrong, thus the confusion.
And Tago's mom never won any AE or WC titles (only runner-ups and SF finishes). And yes, some of the infos on wikipedia are not accurate.

Here's an article from last yr:

Precisely you are right...Tago deserves the compliment for his performance over CJ and BCL...do it again, and I am convinced he is for real.

just wait and see. Tago beaten chen long, CJ and bcl all at once because chinese coaching staff doesn't have a play book on Tago, yet. I can bet u that they are all reviewing that tapes and drafting out a playbook to handle tago.

    1) Serve low to him. He's bound to dump some returns into the net.
    2) Smash at his hip.
    3) Watch out for his surprise high serve.

Both this players are impressive(referring to LCW and KT).One is in his prime and the other trying to make a breakthrough. Both did well.Thumbs up for LCW,his consistency is so impressive lately.Winning SS Masters Final,Korean Open,Malaysian Open and now the AE2010.Consistency at its best.Hopefully he can give a good performance at World Championships in France. He deserves it after so many dissappointments.

Was there at Birmingham for the semifinals and I must say KT indeed did very well.I think the difference in his game now and before is his supreme fitness. His coach Park Joo Bong said he has been put under a special fitness training programme to improve his physical condition such as speed and stamina.

On hindsight, he definitely won't have it easy anymore. The rest of the world will take note and be more prepared this time.Him and Shon Wan Ho are so fit,my god,and they fight so hard in the game.Looking at Shon and KT,I wish our MS backup was like them.I've seen the SO draw and no MAS MS players,SIGH.If I were BAM,I would send TCS,CWF,CKB,HH and KBH for the SO to gauge their level and give them some match exposure to see where they stand to prepare them for TC.But so shocking that BAM didn't do that.
My prediction is apart from LCW,maybe KKK/TBH and maybe CEH/WPT our chances not looking that good.Realistically speaking, at the most we have a chance of entering semifinals of TC.....anything more is bonus or surprise.

Earlier on many people mentioned the mentality of BAM of INSTANT SUCCESS.This is so true.Because of this, the future for badminton in MAS is bleak especially MS.Brief review of the future(Korea SWH,Japan KT,Denmark JOJ,China CL and DPY,Indonesia DionysiusHR,Thailand Tanongsak,Malaysia ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????)

If BAM still don't wake up and only think about INSTANT SUCCESS,all MAS and Bolehians fans will be undercover agents or spies cheering for other countries players. This is the most pathetic vision which could turn to reality. So dissappointing not to see any backup or juniors at the SO 2010 which should give our juniors good exposure.:(

    6) Don't be surprised when he dives across half the court to save a shot you thought you'd won the rally with.
