Expensive by Msian rates :crying: http://www.ticketpro.com.my/jnp/sports/badminton/398290-proton-bwf-thomas-uber-cups-finals-2010.html
When's Malaysia Playing? I am eligible for Student Prices and therefore plan to go watch one of those days where there are Student Prices. However there would be no point if I went and Malaysia was not playing. Any idea when they are playing on the Thomas Cup? Wouldn't matter if it was Nigeria or Japan.
Confusing grouping? Uhh... how to read the group numbering? Don't know which country is playing who like that...
To those who can't get tickets, and want a cheaper alternative, be sure to bookmark and check out www.totalsports.tv as the tournament will be streamed LIVE on the internet.
I can't enter initially too. But managed to enter via "step-by-step", ie, enter into www.ticketpro.com.my first. Then follow the lead to go toward TC/UC tickets . . . Do note you need to select the seats (when the option is available), otherwise system auto select for you (for number seatings). Got mine "Silver" seats for 14th & 16th May. Oh, another pt. You can buy several different days tickets at one go, by clicking 'back', 'back' button. This way you save on admin charges.
The schedule are quite confusing though. I thought only got 4 groups.. In that schedule, how come there are so many groups? And yeah, the price are quite expensive though.
Germany is a very expensive country, when I come to Malaysia life is cheap... & the chart is not for me to understand...
Will this be a sold out??.. ..i can't believe they jacked up the price so high, esp. if they're expecting M'sians to come out and support the event?!?!...but, understandable, it's all business.. Btw, out of curiousity, how much more do the T&UC tickets cost in comparison to this yr's M'sia Open??.. ..it was the same schedule back in 2008. They held the Semifinals and Finals Rds for Uber & Thomas Cups on different days/dates also. But, it was the same day/dates for the QF Rd.
Thanks for the correction on schedule. No lah, they're expecting those outside Msia to come & watch, that's why so high.
erm.. i don't see the picture. and i STILL can't get into the website. the 'problem loading page' keeps appearing! i am this close to tearing my hair out! :crying: and i do keep getting the feeling that by the time i manage to see the page, i might have lost out on good seats.
is it worthwhile for me to go alone, i wonder? nobody is interested in coming with me as it is, and i haven't even told them the exorbitant price. anyway, not that i think i will be able to afford it, are the platinum seats even available for sale at all? only i trie selecting random ones and the message 'seats not available anymore' appeared.
Pretty expensive. The Uber Cup ties may see empty stadiums. When you can watch for free on Astro, why pay so much to watch games that (probably) will not feature Malaysians?
Where are you now? Maybe you should try to check out the outlets. I tried to buy online and having some problem with the payment. Then I found out there is an outlet near my company, I just went to buy straight. Saved RM10.
