Oh, haha well that eases my friend's worries for now... but just to be sure can you help check if my friend's arcsaber is legit? It's in the Ebay Inquiries section

most importantly, how much is it? if it's some unbelievable price then chances are it's a fake.
linking people to the actual post in the particular thread is useful too.

very pricey though. you could get an SP coded with that. TW coded rackets shouldn't cost that much. has your friend looked at alternatives? like e78.com.hk or mybadmintonstore.com

Taiwan didn't have 8DXs a few months ago when my friend was there... I ended up getting mine from Shuttle House...

Offtopic: Lynbrook and Prospect... nice. I went to Monta Vista, but that was 9 years ago :crying:

Played a few good sessions with it, and I must say the 8DX is a superb racket!

It feels incredibly solid and has a good amount of power. I completely agree with Paul Stewart's review where he says that the 8DX is a racket that "feels familiar"; it just feels like a racket you've played with for quite a while. While the racket isn't as fast the the PPT2, I didn't suffer much in terms of defense. One thing that really left an impression on me is it's great net dominance. I wasn't particularly shining with the touch shots at the net (probably b/c I still need to restring) but my net kills and intercepts became much deadlier. I can see why Lars Paaske uses this racket!

by far the most demanding racket i played with, after 3 games never had I feel so fatigue around my wrist, personally i feel it is stiffer than ns9900 and at900t strung at almost similar tension (arc8dx at 27,ns9900 and at900t at 26),altho i do extensive weight training for my wrist, but it does tired u out easily, the balance of power, accuracy, control, i rate it closer to ns9900 than at900p/t,somehow it feel like a hybrid ns9900+at900p

www.mauricerobinsonsports.com has the arcsaber 8dx at 124.99 Euros (free stringing / free re-gripping) (+ 5 Euros shipping) (or $166 CAD) not bad of a deal. Looks like this is going to be my next racket once I get those paycheques coming in ;)

Does anybody have their mains @ 22lbs and crosses @ 24lbs?
Would this be a good for shuttle and feather? Or should it be lower?
