from her recent performance, i'd have to downgrade WYH.. Right now, the faves going in, imo: MS- LD (depends on his motivation) & LCW WS- i still would stick with one of the CHN ladies.. MD- Cai & Fu WD- Either one of the KOR or the CHN pairs XD- up gor grabs..

I thought KinDra not going? So I think Cai/Fu or Jung/Lee will win. Hope Jung/Lee takes it home this time, unless they are up against KKK/TBH. As for MS, I don't think Simon is there now. Reviving this thread. With the conclusion of the Macau GPG, we have an idea of some of the form players over the past month. MS - LD has won all his matches in the China Super League. Surely he must remain the fave. LCW–he wins, he loses MD - Lee/Fan of TPE must be seriously thrown into the mix. WS - In the absence of CHN players, Saina Nehwal has made hay WD - CHN should remain the faves. KOR form has been patchy. Cheng/Chien of TPE busting their way forward XD - Is INA going to keep Butet/Tontow together? Tontow still looks a little green but Butet wears the pants in that combo. Injury to LHJ denied us a glimpse at the LYD/LHJ form
Are there any rooms for the organiser to get Lee Hyun Ill to play in MS (via qualifier)? He looked in superb form when he played and beat Ponsana in Macau Open. Will definately give all the Top players a run for their money (if he is not 'injured').
Even qualifiers are based on ranking so if he is not within the ranked bracket, then I suppose he won't feature

You really haven't been watching WS lately have you? WYH has been on a downward spiral for a while. IMO, and I'm sure many will concur, her chances of winning the title is much reduced.
