lhj is really going to retire? it is a pity she can't win all the major title. i think she only missing the world championship major title. anyway, congrats to her and shin for winning asian games. of course, congrats to lin dan too for winning asian games and winning all major titles.
simple translate when will u marry XXF? i dont know yet,it is another important thing in my life. i will tell u all when i take a decision how much XXF and coach had help u? XXF always accompany me,from OG04,OG08. TXH take me to one level higher.words cannot describe my thanks to him.he already old and his body not that fit anymore.(sign that TXH will retired soon??) why u kiss ur racket?? because it is LiNing every big games,u always going crazy after win the game, what u thing about throwing shoes to the crowd? when playing the game i concentrate to the game and after win it i get excited. i throw shoes to crowd means that i am generous, not keeping it for myself. u have all the titles now, which one u excited most? the most valuable gold is 2004TC,cause that time i am a young player only who want to be world champs. the most important gold absolutely is OG08 gold simple translate from me
=( I was hoping that they would partner again after this game and after he recovers fully from his elbow injury..but now that she's retiring I guess it will never happen..=( you did? lucky you! She never came to US after I started watching badminton games so I never had the chance to... I envy you!
Yeah, that's the only major title she's missing. Being Olympic, Asian Game, Uber Cup, Sudirman Cup, AE champion is still great though! =) (excluding LD's achievements...lol that guy is crazy! congrats to him anyway)
I had numerous opportunity to take with them when they were here. The security here is more lax. We can easily mingle with the players.
...missed the final 2 matches but from quick observations of comments: - The MS Final is a must watch and will definitely watch it soon! - LHJ imposing herself with her experience (the oldest of the 4) and stable play..And looking at the scoreboard, CHN young pair probably fell to a bit of pressure or fatigue.. congrats to all winners and see you all back in 2014! *For Lee HJ, eventhough she's retired, she might visit U.S. and play at a lower ranked U.S. Open or Canada Open..
MS final was everything we expected and more when LD stepped it up in the rubber. CHN XD were outplayed and outstrategized. Once the Koreans smelt blood, the were merciless on ZYL. I do feel for the young lady though. She will pick herself up and be better for this experience. I hope to see LHJ at the Canadian Open
it's the first LD victory I became confused.. for one view it's so wanted, for second - it opens some hole at the future. knowing how weak LD at the question of own motivations.. and today the glory goal is done (
Security was even more lax in KLBA Hall in Cheras years back. The players were all over the stadium, all over the shop etc. Few people even took notice of them. If you want to be close to the players the Cheras stadium would be the most informal place you can imagine.
2010 Asian Games Individual Event Final: Final Day . Just finished reading all the posts. Thanks to all who gave the scores and described the rallies as the matches were progressing. For me, I was unable to watch the matches. But reading your posts, I felt all the excitement like I was there watching the 2 matches. Lin Dan was the Super Dan. Lee Hyo Jung was the Wonder Woman. From what I've read, all players performed well, except for Zhao Yunlei. Perhaps she was just too tired after playing in so many matches/events at this 2010 Asian Games. Another good thing is that in all posts, no fan of a player/pair was talking bad thing about the other player/pair. It is just wonderful that BCers in this thread are not bashing each other. .
Congrats... Anticipated and watched the final match yesterday and I enjoyed it so much... I applaud both players for showing the best they are... shots that I don't think any other player could have picked up were played brilliantly by both... but mistakes in choosing the shots to play caused LCW to lose the gold medal. I knew initially it's gonna be hard for LCW to win this, regardless I'm really glad he gave his best, it's all that matters... Looking forward for more matches between those two in the near future... ^ _ ^
Datuk Lee tried his best but his best wasnt good enough against the best player in the world. It isnt so bad to be the 2nd against the best player ever.
