like for example when LCW loses to a low ranked player, there will be people who opens a new thread and says " Lee Chong Wei has lost to a weak player, what a weakling, hahaha..." those kind of people, we should ignore them. i like this statement.

Only one winner for the title, but many winners for how they have performed

    .
    Disagree with you. :p:p:p

Both LCW and LD were just as great. It's unfortunate that there can be only one winner for the title. But for the match, both are winners.

My God, it's a simple question with a simple answer. It's so clear in this case that I can't believe people are still clutching at straws.

That's why the thread title is most important

    .
Hahaha... That's why the thread title is most important. :):):)

    If the title was - "LCW vs Lin Dan... who will win this tournament? Then, the answer is simple;
    Lin Dan won.

But as to who is better in this tournament? This is harder to debate; Personally, I give credit to both players.

Who played better based on their abilities? Because if it is who played better, it is no doubt Lin Dan who has defeated LCW, as shown in the final. You can't defeat an opponent if you did not play better than him!

Let's look at how ZJH comment on LD & LCW in the final

    http://www.badmintoncn.com/view-12224-1.html

he said LD is much more all-round and LCW lacks the ability to control the rhythm of the match, always follow LD's...

in chronological order of bolehian's mood

-lin dan wins 2009 china master, china open: lin dan won because local biased line judge and umpire.
-lin dan lost 2010 swiss open, All england: lin dan is done, getting old, wash up
-lin dan romped LCW on bolehian home soil at 2010 Thomas Cup: LD was lucky, LD look nervous (according to pjswift), lcw not in form while lin dan perform dance.
-lin dan lost early round in 2010 WC: lin dan is done, getting old, weak knees, wash up
-lin dan lost to LCW in 2010 Japan Open: tangible proof that lcw is better than lin dan, lin dan can't keep up anymore, too old. LCW is making a come back.
-lin dan perform miracle-like shots and dust off lcw in 2010 AG: lcw not in form, had fever, injured.

you all can draw your own conclusion
