INA doesn't register their A list to this year BAC, similar with MAS. And KOR will take part in doubles department only. CHN as the host will be represented by their full squad.
Possibly those players who skip BAC will participate in first ever IND SS, following week after BAC.

wasn't jjs getting married/or married soon or something? maybe just time off for that?
he said marriage won't affect his badminton... so looks like still aimimng for London 2012, so don't think he'll retire until before then. hehe

my question is LYD and EJH.. 2 tournies in a row.. what happen to KSH in that mxd combination. or are they still testing partners for LYD? or was KSH temporarily playing mxd while LYD was recovering his elbow....

    By
    Raphael Sachetat– – March 31, 2011

The Asian Badminton Championships 2011 to be held in Chengdu, Sichuan (China) should see many Chinese shuttlers crowned on April 24th, the last day of the competition. The local shuttlers will be sending a full cast of their top stars, while a lot of other nations’ s best players will skip the event in a very tight schedule just before the beginning of the Olympic qualification period.

The article is here. I believe that all that is meant is that Wang Lin is still in a recovery period from her serious injury in the fall so although she played in Melbourne last week, we can regard it as natural that she is not playing two tournaments in 3 weeks.
