LOL seems like Victor doesn't get along with ZM62

What kinda difference do you feel?

    Lack in power/feel/control?

    Any problems with your grommets?

My zm67 @ 22lbs would last 8-9 months with 4 hrs play/wk, and that is with plastic shuttles which are murder on strings.

I would suggest that the tears are to do with your clamps (Too tight, or the clamp to agressive). I have experienced this before. looks like feather fragments stuck on the string.

no grommet problems. My stringer is seeing the tears appear under a spotlight as he pulls on the stringing machine, so it's not from the clamps or the puller.
He's an experienced stringer and a coach, and he said it only appears if he pulls quickly on the stringing machine.

weird. I'm using Zm62 and that has so far lasted me 2 months at 26lbs. I play 2-3 times per week for 3hrs.

I'm a beginner at stringing and I have both Zymax 67 and Powergut 66... Which one should I use on my Nano Power 900? Which is more likely to snap during my stringing?

    IME Z70 is useless below 30 lbs:D.

I'm happy with Z62 @ 26. Plastics, 6 hrs p/w, and I never break them. Dink's roofing nails are largely responsible;).

I think i've found my sweetspot with zymax strings, zm67 on the mains @ 25lbs, zm62 on the crosses @ 27lbs. Still gives good feel from the 62, but not so much that it hurts, and maybe a touch more oomph. So far it's lasting quite well too, but then i don't hit as hard as some...

I would string it with ZM67 (platinum) over powergut 66.

I would say ZM67 is more likely to snap

My ZM70 at 30lbs broke after 2 weeks. Roughly 15 hours. Not happy because NBG98 at 32lbs is going 1 month. I was expecting this to last much longer but i was wrong. :( I hope the new and improved ZM string do better.

Same with me here, I am hoping that the improved ZYMAXes will be much better, specially Zymax 62.

Thanks for sharing Avenger. Looks good - is it closer to the NBG98 Pink or the BG65Ti Red?

I'm hoping someone will post a picture of the different packs of strings showing all the available colors.
