Vislova/Sorokina are far from their best.

Beating the RUS pair will yield huge pts for Mel/Grace: 5452 (average of their ranking scores over 10 tourneys) + 50068/100 (the RUS pair's ranking divided by 100). That is if I am correct with the calculation of the ranking pts for team events.

Sorry, I disagree. WSX looked a little slow and could not read Schenk. WSX rarely dictated the pace and didn't have many winners. Schenk had quite a few more winners, some which made WSX look pretty bad. Just what I observed

WTF, are the Russians awake? Is INA playing Russia or Seychelles?

RUS pair more agressive, but hard for them to break GreyMel defence.

OK. The Russians have recovered from their slumber now. 2-2 in the second set.

Despite losing today and facing the possibility of being a spectator for the rest of the Sudirman Cup, Fran Kurniawan Teng//Pia Zebadiah Bernadet already pick up 5044 pts from this Sudirman Cup. Not bad for around half an hr of play.

    Simon Santoso
picks up 4880+205.50=5085.50 pts as he's looking to go back up to the top 10 ranking table.

Adriyanti Firdasari picks up 3072+264.30=3336.30 pts.

It's getting tight now, with Grace/Mel having the slender lead 13-12.

Losing a match means there's no way he will add to the pts he already earned by today. If he can beat LCW, he will add 900++ pts.
