Yeah....want to see lin dan v LCW match too...

In any given day, I always support Jpn team. But vs Ina team, I have no choice but to cheer Ina :p

But gosh, Jpn looks so solid now...

As a MAS fan, I'm dissapointed that BAM decided to field the combination of CPS&GLY as the XD team. Cps doesn't have that explosive attacking presence like the INA team or CHN or even like the Polish team, not to mention Nathan Robertson of ENG. But overall he is a good player anyway. However looking at the female player, it is a total disgrace to see how an amatuer player can represent a Badminton nation. She is just a reactive player staying put in her front/mid position

Quite an optimism there, a welcome change though :)

KKK/TBH chances against LYD/JJS is at most 50-50.....if MAS WS can't even win a point against Firda (something that the coaching staff seemed resigned to), I think it'll be an uphill battle against the more stable KOR ladies.
If WPT/CEH is @ 100% then yes, it'll be good match against KOR WD. With the way things are though (they pretty much crumble on the 2nd set against Mel/Grace), I think their chances are just slightly better than their WS counterpart.

Meeting Japan in QF is probably the worse opponent for INA.

If playing Denmark, at least WD is not strong.

Japan is all rounder, the weakest is probably only XD.

Simon has to be at this best, probably his January form or when he won Super Series.

WD is difficult to win a point. Should put Mel with Pia (perhaps ?) and hope scratch pairing will bring surprises.

Japan MD is on the rise so I guess it will be Ahsan/Alvent again.

WS is on paper also difficult to win.

INA 2nd seed is because of the Taufik+Kindra+Butet/Towi ranking but all are not playing.

    Den vs Taiwan

Taiwan so far won all the doubles and lost all the singles but against Denmark with strong MD and XD, this will be different.

Denmark is really lucky to draw Taiwan.

Japan has a large population, the Japanese like sports and they possess a never-say-die samurai spirit. And they have Park Joo Bong [IMG].

Clearly, the score is going to be 3-2. Japan will probably take both the women's matches, so it's up to the Japanese men to hold their own.

Hirokatsu and Mizuki played very well, but so did Fran and Pia. It's going to be a very exciting match.

Just realize that, the schedule is only for china. 22, 24, 26, 27. China is lucky.

CHN will face the weakest runner-up here, very lucky draw.
Yeah, agree JPN team isn't same with 2009 version, interesting match vs INA.
So the semifinal prediction should be CHN vs KOR, DEN vs INA/JPN.

You beat me to that. This tournament is made for China. Already so strong and now, luck of the draw?

For the QF......Chn, Kor, INA, Den, Tpe, Ind, Jap

MAS only has realistic chance if play against Ind, 50-50 against Tpe and have totally no chance if play with other than the 2 team i have mentioned.

As the lost to INA last night was very well expected...........I think QF is the best for MAS in this SC.

If, those back up dont show result in near future.......MAS might drop to level 2 in SC 13.

Yes, MAS may lose with 1 - 3 or 1 - 4 but if KKK/TBH plays well enough then it could be 2 - 3 in favour of Kor....

    Malaysia BOLEH...!!!
    MAS vs KOR
    LCW vs Park/LeeHI: 80-20
    KKK/TBH vs LYD/JJS: 45-55
    WS vs WS: 0-100
    WD vs WD: 1-99
    XD vs XD: 10-90

I predict 1-4... KOR is simply too strong for MAS
