at least MAS not taking 3-0 defeat, thanks to the mens' strengths especially HTH/TBH combination, i watch them playing no such thing of main-main like KKK...

one of the reason TBH/HTH can win against Korea MD maybe korea dont know how to play with this new pair, beside MAS pair also not the first time play together so they already have the teamwork but the opponent dont know their playing style...

agree with you on this, once a while scratch pair do make miracle...once the opponent read their game, it will be not easy anymore...

Hoon tien how @ ah hoon really is a boogeyman for Lee Yong Dae. Noticed HTH always pair up with different partners sure can beat lee yong dae! impressive indeed.. since the junior days.

Yes, our juniors and back up should follow HTH's example. never say die attitude and his determination plus can control his nerves very well at crucial stage. We need more people like Ah Hoon!

Pair TBH and HTH up.. no joke.. they will no longer be rated as 'scratch' pair anymore.

I agree with you. Generally, I think JJS/LYD are superior to most "flat, fast and furious" players with their impenetrable defense and deadly attack. However, I noticed that the pace in the game between HTH/TBH and JJS/LYD is much slower than the top level of MD, HTH/TBH did really well here to slow the game down and disrupt the Koreans' rhythm of fast and furious play. That is what I feel...

I think KKK played XD (first match) and MAS also wanted to surprise LYD/JJS, a pair KKK/TBH do not fare well against, with a bit of a wrinkle.
