3 months ago, i got a SW35 from the US distributor RacketSupply. after a while, i realized that i like it so much so i got another one from them a couple of weeks ago. and then today i was checking out the racket, and noticed the serials. both are strung with VS-850@29.5lbs. both are 4U and plays identically. twins?
wow kwun you're very lucky to have that kind of serial number I've seen Lee Chong Wei also have half a dozen rackets with identical serial numbers
Played with the SW35 today. Racket is solid and fast. String feels bouncy tho. Switch between SW35 and Trinity is difficult. After using the SW35 for a while, switching to Trinity makes the Trinity feels light and ....hmmm different.
Mmh since I broke my back-up AT900T now I just have to try this racket, no excuses anymore. Getting the 3U probs.
So I finally caved, as one of my AT900T's broke I just had to. Should be coming friday or saturday. 3U btw, should be okay since my AT was 3U as well.
I wondered about the MX80 too, but I heard and read so much about the solid feeling of he SW35, which is exactly what I search for so I had to take this one. I like a little weight in the head
I got it today, will be playing with it in about 4 hours, I can't wait. Racket strung with VS-850, at about 10KG=22-23. Little lower than usual, but we will see.
Very happy with it so far, seems to be more powerful than my AT900T but also quicker in drive/frontcourt rallies. Problably due to the stiffer shaft. Have to play more than 1,5 hours to give a full review though. So far it's my go to racket for sure.
I have a whole different experience though. AT900T is quicker and better in defense to me. The SW35 is quite sluggish but a little more powerful. I have used it quite a couple of times. Yet I can't find myself using it regularly. Every time I still go back to my AT900T. Having said all this, racket preference is something personal. What works for me might be work for others. You should use it longer before judging it. I have made this mistake when I first picked up the ARCZS. My first time with it was fantastic and I jumped into buying another one immediately. Now I have 2 of them lying in my storeroom.
Yeah that kind of happened to me and the VT70, got 2 of those, luckily my dad likes it a lot That's why I won't be buying a second one anytime soon (and because summerbreak is coming ) and will be testing/playing with the racket thoroughly. The BP's pf my AT900T and SW35 only vary by a mm or 2, and both aren't sluggish at all to me.
Guys, what are you finding is the average BP for your SW35s, and what coding are they? A year ago I had one but never recorded it's stats, and I'm loosely contemplating either getting another MX80 or trying to get something with a BP over 300 mostly for singles (my MX80 is 299).
Hi there, What is the main differences comparing (3UG5)SW35 to Ti10 (3rd)? BP, shaft stiffness, aerodynamics=aero/box from which point, frame width etc. I am thinking of getting one of them. I play mostly doubles.
