Aiya! I missed watching this lad yesterday. Hope he will work harder to provide INA with more MS players.

So, Wisnu Yuli Prasetyo will face Kazuteru Kozai tomorrow. I think he has a good chance of nailing his first international title!

Meanwhile, Kevin Sanjaya Sukamuljo/Lukhi Apri Nugroho will face yet another Pelatnas pair Agripinna Primarahmanto Putera/Marcus Fernaldi Gideon. Kevin is looking to win his first international title as a birthday present for his 16th birthday next week.

I think INA fans should not worry about MD as the regeneration in this field is now producing many talented young players in the like of Kevin. Besides him, PB Djarum also has Arya Maulana Aldiartama/Edi Subaktiar (Winner of Tangkas Alfamart Junior Challenge 2011, still only 16 and 17 this year), Jeka Wiratama/Raffidias Akhdan Nugroho (Winner of the Asian U-17 2010; both are still 15 this year), Yahya Adi Kumara/Yantony Edy Saputra (Winner of the Candra Wijaya Men's Doubles Badminton Championships U-15 category, both are only 14 this year).

Jaya Raya also has a couple of solid BD pairs in their wings: Hafiz Faizal/Putra Eka Rhoma (Winner of the Singapore Youth International 2010, still only 17 this year), R. Eka Fajar Kusuma/Rian Swastedian (arch rival of Jeka/Raffi in Sirnas and only 16 and 15 this year).

While Jaya Raya's women players are quite dominating in pelatnas women departments(Greysia,Nitya,Feinya,Della,Firda,Bella and Renna). Djarum's men players are very dominating in the pelatnas men departments(Towi,Fran,Rijal,Ahsan, Hayom,Vito,Gifar,Riyanto,Rendy,Afiat) and the numbers will increase again, perhaps this year more of Djarum MD players will get into pelatnas this year.

additional potential players Rizko/Wildan, their performance quite stable in sirnas so far, often be finalist but always lost by Jeka/Raffi in final :):)

    Woo-yeah!

    Wow, our boys rock! :D
It's great to see them beating each others in close scorelines. That means they're equally strong.

Kevin Sanjaya who is still 15.9 years old this week will only turn 16 on August 2nd (next Tuesday)... :D He is short in height and thin-framed... but brilliant in almost all other aspects of badminton... all the necessary doubles techniques, all the MD game-tricks (playing according to the opponents strengths-weakness-and-habits), also, Kevin would use all forms of psychological warfare against the opponent... He is famous among his peers as the most intelligent trickster on the court...

Many who have seen the kind of HIGHLY competent talents trying to outdo each other at the INA domestic level are predicting a new golden era of MD dominance by the Indonesians... Some even said INA have TOO MANY MD talents at the same time (age ranging from 16-20), it is a shame that the National Team can only accomodate or support quite a limited number...

I also still remember the days when INA got too many MS talents... 6 to 8 out of the top 10 MS players are Indonesians... Ardy, Alan, Haryanto, Hermawan Susanto, Joko, Hendrawan, Lioe Tiong Ping, Budi Santoso, Marleve, Fung Permadi (played for Taiwan later) all were top 10 players in the 90s at one point or another.... and the youngest of the bunch was Taufik Hidayat... :p

I enjoyed watching Wisnu play tonight. He is a fighter.

Kevin Sanjaya was another joy to watch.

Look forward to watching both play in tomorrow's finals

what time do they held the FINALS?
    still no schedule yet
    .
in other forum they said ESPN will broadcast the Final Matches
    .
really I want to watch AGRIPINNA
and new talent WISNU YULI PRASETYO
    .
for me personally I just watch the progress of MOHAMMAD AHSAN, AGRIPINA, FRAN KURNIAWAN, SHESAR RUSTAVITO, GLORIA EMANUELLE WIDJAYA, RIYANTO SUBAGDJA (but maybe the last two are too overrated) hopefully they will improve
and as a INA FANS, it is my dream to see MOHAMMAD AHSAN/FRAN KURNIAWAN as INA MD pair, hahahahhaha, sorry for OOT

It's almost impossible to see Ahsan/Fran being paired as an MD pair for the time being as they have to concentrate on qualifying for Olympics. They will probably only play as a pair during PON.

Good to see that Sealman also found that young Kevin is also another joy to watch on court. He is probably the one player that Sigit Budiarto will focus on for the next 2 years and I personally have high hopes on Kevin. He has truly graduated from being an U-17 player to now an U-19 player. Can he graduate to the senior level with flying colours? We still have to wait in see.
