Gosh, how many times must I say, that it is not up to luck ..... wakakakakaka. It was planned in the last World Championships in Paris. As they said "Prepare Yourself", that's just about what I did .......

    Some simple mathematics:
Total flying time back and forth excluding layover and shopping time is 17.5 hours X 2 (via Singapore, Colombo and Dubai) = 35 hours

Total watching time based on the schedule is 9+9+10+5 hours for the last four days of competition = 33 hours.

But since there should be some battles that run into overtime + prize presentations, I expect the total watching time to just shade the total flying time slightly.

    Enjoy

    .
:D:D:D That's why I asked; I thought your total watching-time would be just about the same as your total flying-time.

Anyway, enjoy. Keep us posted with interesting news like you usually do. :):):)

I wish bwf can shift those asian players to the afternoon onwards so that we can see them play live. ;) Will they? ;)

2011 World Championships: Markis Kido & Hendra Setiawan have withdrawn

    .
Any BCers know which pair would be replacing Markis Kido/Hendra Setiawan, now that they have withdrawn?

    .
A replacement pair from UK/Europe could fit in easily (I think).

But it is too late for a pair coming from outside Europe.

nope, PFQ/PFR does not exist for WC after draw date. The lucky pair will have a walkover.
wembley stadium is well equiped there should be places for food. Bring some snacks though, and it won't be cheap!:)
