Does this means all the big guns will be playing from now on to qualify for OG? My saliva drool when I see lcw and ld battles it out.
In MS, all top 30 in world rangking will participate, except WR #11 and #25, Bao Chun Lai, and Kevin Cordon.. what happen to Bao? INA send the main team to this tourney. but in MD, Rendy Sugiarto/Alfiat Yuris is removed, anybody knows the reason? Korean, Jung Jae Sung will partner with Yoo Yeon Seong, instead of Lee Yong Dae.. last question, when will Suci/Della play in super series again?
its very brave that KOR is still trying out new pairings, remember they need to get 2 pairs in top 8 for both of them to go to london
Lee Yong Dae will play with Sung Hyun Ko in JPN. This sudden pair is actually #37 after just playing twice. Two titles back-to-back from Canada GP and US GPG (however, not many top pairs in both tournament. Let's see how far they are in JPN). JJS/YYS got an advantage being seeded (probably) as they never played (or mm... less than twice playing in international tournament) IMHO, KOR try to produce better pair to win over CHN #1 (even though, I am still not sure LYD/KSH is stronger. obviously KSH is younger than JJS ). In last 2 meetings, LYD/JJS lost to CY/FHF. In WC last 2 weeks, CY/FHF defeated four of Koreans in 2 days in 2 sets For this moment until one or two month to go, both KOR are safe in top 5 position MD rank Trio INA MD in #6, #7, #8 world ranking need many more points to boost their ranking On the other hand, I just think, KOR experiment for XD is more risky. Even though LYD and HJE have good achievement in junior level, right now it is better to retain HJE/KSH.
that's why i said they are brave. if you are looking at the points toward OLY qualification, LYD/KSH are at No 24, and JJS/YYS are unranked. (ref http://www.mediafire.com/?mf3pzz2rt9p31) so, it will be a tall order to get them both in top 8 before next May.
It could just be for Japan Open, LYD/JJS are playing as a pair in Taiwan Open. The Koreans like to mix & match.
