Though 'circle of life' holds water, if this forum were to be on 'fashion' and 'kitchen' topics, i'm pretty sure it would not be the situation like over here now.

Notwithstanding the longtime dedicated male members i see on BC (you and georgechongwei just to name a few), the 'circle of life' does not defeat us.

At the same time though, i guess it's not fair to request the females to step it up based upon a sport forum criteria. Let's say a relationship forum for instance, then it would be a different scenario altogether. I'm not saying the males participation would decline or dwindle for this matter, but the opposite gender will flock in.

    This is just my observation...

    .
This is what I believe... Female BCers often feel for the players, while male BCers often feel for themselves (how they wish for their idols/players to win).

This is just my observation. :):):)

That is a keen observation. Very true.

But however - am I mistaken to bring the fact that I have seen even LD FANS over here who feel for LCW for his dedicated sportsmanship and consistency in world no 1 rankings. And these are males.

Even LD commented in an interview with the press (cant remember which) that he was surprised that during the match, even his own countrymen cheered for LCW!

suetyan is a CHN fan (although she also supports JPN players too)

    .
Well, may I say that suetyan is a BIG supporter of Lin Dan?

In fact, she is a BIG supporter for ALL CHN players (although she is based in Malaysia). :):):)

Hhm.. so the notion that women feel for their players and males support their idols no matter what - is Interchangeable.

    :D:D:D This is what I have observed;

While our female BCers support their idols to win, our male BCers demand theirs to win. ;););)

    Hi guys,

I think you gonna somewhat off topic here (but no doubt, it's also a interesting discussion), to bring it a little bit closer to the topic again, I have a question: :D

I was on the stadium when the finals are played ....
When all the finals are completed, we saw Lin Dan back on court with several camera's giving an interview.

Now my question: did someone see this interview anywhere?
Is it somewhere online to see it? (maybe with english translations, would be great)

I searched for it, but not found anything so far. Also here at BC, I did not read anything about it (or I missed it)

Does anyone have some info about this interview?

I would like to know what LD said directy after this incredible match...

What LD said directy after this incredible match

    .
Lin told reporters: "The third game was really emotional. I had to fight hard. On the match points I was just hoping he would make a mistake."

(I was whole the time wondering what he could told, but it's nothing exceptional)
