Today the Bo/Mo outgunned and outfoxed Ko/Yoo who found the burden they carry when their teammates were eliminated yesterday too heavy
both sides wearing black. the pair at the bottom of the draw is supposed to change to a different color. which is the Danes.
talking about LYB, has he mellowed down a bit? this China open is uncharacteristically lack in controversies. unlike the previous pre-Olympics one in 2007.
patience rally from CHN side. seems to be holding off the smash by ZN and only waiting for the opportunity to open up.
still ok so far, but i think i will soon be holding the laptop at the edge of the seat. so the prognosis isn't that bright at the moment.
I find it very interesting that the Danes can make Ko/Yoo look so ordinary. The Koreans just completely lost their way in the 2nd game. The thing is, this Korean pair still has much to do before they can come to anything close to Lee/Jung. Gillian and Ian made the comments that this Korean pair looked so lost and didn't know how to change their tactics. I think Koo/Tan can learn a lot from watching this match and copying the Danes tactcs when they play against Ko/Yoo. Boe/Mogensen are not known to be the hardest smashers nor the fastest players, but today they looked top class. They also had the harder path to get into the finals with tough matches against Kido/Setiawan and Lee/Jung. People have also been complaining long and hard about the Danes' gamesmanship for ages. I don't know why people still complain about it. They've been doing it for so long, that their opponents should be used to it by now.
if the early rallies are what we will be seeing for the rest of the match, then it looks like Zhang Jun has figured out a way to outplay this danish pair.
CHN leading 11-6. CHN side, esp ZN has new tactic on offensive, not trying to hit the hard smash but going more on the angle. seems to be working well so far.
